The compressive strengths of concrete in old drainage structures were measured by core test and non-destructive testing, and the neutralization depths were estimated. There are a high correlation between the core and non-destructive testing compressive strength and the carbonation depth.

In this study, dry shrinkage was evaluated by adding limestone powder according to the substitution ratio to Engineered Cementitious Composite. The test method was carried out by KS F 2424, and it was confirmed that the drying shrinkage tends to increase slightly as the substitution ratio of the limestone fine powder increases.

The purpose of this study is to corroborate hydration and porosity of cement paste by the low water-cement ratio specimen. The test results show that calcium hydroxide was increased as the moisture was supplied from the outside and the porosity was lowered with a rapid manner.

This study was aimed to investigate the tensile behaviors of PE fiber-reinforced highly ductile cementitious composites with different combinations of micro silica sand and normal sand with maximum particle size of 4.75mm. This study presented the feasibility of using normal sand instead of micro silica sand for highly ductile cementitious composites with equivalent or better uniaxial tensile performance.

The vegetation-based spraying method has been used as a revegetation measure for protecting slopes. However, after the method is applied to the fields, the collapse due to deteriorated bond performance of artificial slopes and defective vegetation growth bases prevent it from displaying its proper function. Therefore, research and application technologies for revegetation measures that can achieve both the reinforcement of slopes and the ecological restoration at the same time are necessary. Accordingly, in this study, fundamental research was conducted regarding the bond properties of slopes, according to the addition of additives based on bonding materials for improving bond performance.

In this paper, the slope adhesion force of the developed green slope soil was evaluated by simulating rainfall intensity. From the results, the slope failure didn't occur at all conditions. As the slope angle increases, however, the damage decreased. The developed green slope soil is considered to have sufficient adhesion capacity to the slope.

Electrical waste, such as heavy weight waste glass, has become a global concern in terms of resource recycling. At the same time, aggregate is one of the most widely used infrastructure materials, and it is being exhausted. So, in this paper, the heavy weight waste glass is considered as aggregate due to its physical characteristics and chemical composition. From the results, when the heavy weight waste glass substitution ratio increase, the compressive strength and flexural strength decreased.

Recently, steel has been very frequently chosen in building many civil infra-structures including bridges due to its several beneficial advantages as compared to concrete structures. However, for the most cases, damage such as section reduction, that is resulted from corrosion, was natural and inevitable. Therefore, it becomes very important to evaluate the structural safety and to estimate the life for the worst cases. In this study, the corrosion behaviors of mock-up specimen with box girder were examined by visual inspection.

In this study, cement mortar (KS F4041) used for surface of floor was evaluated for durability of abrasion according to the mixing ratio of polymer. From the experimental results, it was confirmed that as the polymer content increases, the durability of abrasion properties increase.

최근 제설제의 영향으로 콘크리트에는 복합열화가 작용되어 도로시설물에 대한 2차 피해와 유지 보수 비용이 급격히 증가되고 있다. 그래서 실란, 실록산 계열의 흡수방지제를 사용하여 콘크리트 내부로 침투되는 수분 및 염화이온을 차단하는데 이용하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 실란, 폴리실록산 계열의 흡수방지제가 갖는 단점을 개선하고자 이를 구형으로 제 조하여 콘크리트 강도별 침투깊이 및 동결융해저항 성능을 분석하였다.

The purpose of this experimental study is to carry out test for the surface finishing material of parking lot using Cross-linking agent(Zinc Oxide). The specimen was fabricated by KS F 4937, Cross-linking agent 2%, 3%, 4% is mixed in water soluble acrylic resin. As a result, bond strength of surface finishing material using Zinc oxide 4% was confirmed to be superior than surface finishing material using ordinary Acrylic resin.

In the case of VOCs, it is known that the removal can be realized through the use of titanium dioxide (TiO2) photocatalyst. The experimental results reveal that VOCs removal efficiency for Mortar with Photocatalyst powder was effective and It was different depending on the Photocatalyst types.

In this study, the chemical deformation of cement pastes was determined by chemical analysis. X-ray diffraction equipment was used to investigate the chemical transformation. The decrease of ettringite and the collapse of gypsum were confirmed and then the calcium hydroxide gradually decreased.

In this study, airborne chlorides by height of sea-crossing bridges in West and South seashore were discussed. As the results during spring and summer, the higher altitude, the less airborne chlorides was detected. However, the closer height to the traffic road, the more abundant airborne chlorides were showed.

In case of high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composite(HPFRCC) specimens with steel fiber of 30mm they exhibited poorer flexural strength than the straight fibers at a higher than 1.5% compared to steel fiber of 13mm and 19.5mm. In this study, Therefore we evaluated the flexural strength and cracking behavior of HPFRCC with steel fiber type such as fiber length, volume fraction.

In this study, We evaluated the flexural behavior of high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composite (HPFRCC) with single steel fibers. to do this, we considered different types of steel fibers such as hooked, twisted and straight fibers. Test results indicated the flexural performance tends to increase as the incorporation rate of steel fiber increases and when the length of the fiber is long and at the high volume fractions(vf of 2.0) the flexural high performance was reduced.

This study investigated the tensile properties of UHPC using by PE fiber. Test results showed that the UHPC with PE fiber has high tensile strain capacity compared with UHPC with steel fiber. PE Fiber content was not effective of the strength. But increase the PE fiber content was improved of tensile strain capacity.
