본 연구에서는 hard segment를 형성하고 있는 폴리우레탄을 합성한 다음 피혁산업에서 마감 코팅시 많이 사용되고있는 폴리에틸렌왁스의 적하량을 점차 증가시켜 필름 및 Lam skin에 코팅에 적용하여 변화하는 물성을 측정하였다. 내용제성 측정 결과 높은 내용제성 물성을 지닌 폴리우레탄 수지에 폴리에틸렌왁스의 함량에 따른 물성적 변화는 크게 나타나지 않았다. 인장 강도 측정치에서는 폴리우레탄 단독 필름의 측정치가 1.235 kgf/㎟로 가장 높은 수치를 나타내었으며, 폴리에틸렌왁스의 함량이 제일 높은 PUD-EW3가 가장 낮은 인장력 1.022 kgf/㎟를 나타내었다. 또한 내마모도 측정에서는 PUD가 제일 높은 52.22 5㎎.loss로 우수한 물성변화를 나타내었고, 연실율의 경우 역시 우레탄 단독 코팅인 PUD가 698%로 가장 높은 수치를 나타내었다.

본 연구에서는 H12MDI(4,4'-methylene dicyclohexyl diisocyanate)를 이용한 수분산 폴리우레탄 수지를 합성한 다음 방염제로 활용이 되고 있는 2-인산암모늄(ammonium dihydrogen phosphate) 수용액을 수분산 우레탄 수지에 적하량을 점차 증가시켜 변화하는 물성을 피혁(leather)에 표면 코팅처리된 상태 및 열풍 건조시킨 필름의 물성을 측정 분석하였다. 내용제성 측정 결과 높은 내용제성 물성을 지닌 폴리우레탄 수지에 2-인산암모늄의 함량에 따른 물성적 변화는 크게 없었으며 모두 높은 물성치를 나타내었다. 인장 강도 측정치에서는 폴리우레탄 단독 필름의 측정치가 3.114 kgf/㎟로 가장 높은 수치를 나타내었으며, 2-인산암모늄의 합량이 제일 높은 DPU-AD3가 가장 낮은 인장력 2.510 kgf/㎟을 나타내었다. 또한 내마모도 측정에서는 DPU가 제일 높은 50.50 ㎎.loss로 우수한 물성변화를 나타내었고, 연실율의 경우역시 우레탄 단독 코팅인 DPU가 602 %로 가장 높은 수치를 나타내었다. DSC측정결과 2-인산암모늄의 함유가 높은 DPU-AD3이 Tm 값이 384℃로 고온에서 가장 안정한 수치를 나타내었다.

For this research, prepared water soluble milk casein resin and waterborne polyurethane-acrylic resin. Use these resin, this article has been analyzed about change of mechanical properties by increasing amount of casein resin in polyurethane-acrylic resin on coated leather. According to measure data for solvent resistance, WPA(waterborne polyurethane-acrylic resin) resin and WPA-C1, C2, C3(samples of polyurethane-acrylic resin with milk casein resin) had good property. As known in the results, increase of casein constant did not influence to big change of hybrid resin properties. As test of tensile strength, WPA had lowest tensile characteristic(1.598 kgf/㎟) and WPA-C3 had highest tensile characteristic(1.718 kgf/㎟). Also best properties of abrasion was WPA-C3(06.021 ㎎.loss). In elongation case, WPA had best properties(754 %) in this experiment.

The influences of scatterer and absorber in turbid material by light scattering on silica fume of additive were interpreted for the scattered intensity and wavelength. The molecular properties have been studied by Monte Carlo simulation in resin of New Austria Tunnel Method. It has been found that the effects of optical properties in scattering media could be investigated by the optical parameters(μs, μa ,μt). Monte Carlo Simulation method for modelling of light transport in the civil engineering and construction field was applied. The results using a phantom were discussed that the distance from source to detector is closer, and scattering intensity is stronger with those obtained through Monte Carlo Simulation. It may also aid in designing the best model for coatings and corrosion for the durability of metal constructions.

고농도 유기질 폐수처리를 위해 전기화학적 방법의 사용에 있어 관심이 고조되고 있다. 전기화학적 방법의 기술은 음식물폐수 및 공업적 폐수 문제를 해결하는데 이상적 처리 방법이다. 다른 화학적 처리 방법과는 다르게 전기화학적 처리장치는 2차 폐수의 부피를 증가시키지 않고 용수와 유기질 비료로 재활용한다. 전기화학적 방법은 전해부상장치를 무기화학적 약품과 병행하여 더욱 효과적으로 음식물 폐수를 처리한다. 이 연구는 2차 처리로 초음파와 오존처리로 탈색, COD와 BOD가 격감함으로 용수 및 유기질 비료로 활용하도록 실험하였다.
