In this study, the tire FE model was used to predict the shape of the tire, and the change in tire shape was investigated by changing the characteristics of the belt and ply, which are factors that have an important influence on the characteristics of the tire. Tire was modeled and FEM was used to investigate changes in the shape of tires such as overall diameter, tread radius, and section width. The FE model was created and analyzed for 15-inch tire mounted on domestic cars, and it was found that the belt angle was the most sensitive to the shape of the tire, and as the belt angle increased, the overall diameter and tread radius of the tire increased and the tread section width decreased. In addition, it was confirmed that the increase in belt width suppressed the expansion of the tread shoulder, reducing the tread radius, and the belt EPI did not significantly affect the shape change of the tire, and the ply EPI was affecting the change in tire section width.
This study investigates the noise characteristics of small DC motors and applies them to the production line of small DC motors to qualify. Because currently the noise and vibration are greatly reduced due to vibration reduction technology and sound insulation technology of engine and transmission development. For this reason, the noise and vibration problems of various small DC motors that have not been heard before are emerging. For this purpose, noise characteristics of good and bad products of company A and B which are most used at present are analyzed and noise characteristics are investigated.
