        Malodor emitted while producing fertilizer from hatchery egg waste treated with microorganism is an important limiting factor. To reduce this problem, we attempted to use two yeast strains, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, KACC 30008 and KACC 30068. Both yeast strains reduce ammonia gas emission 35.4% than only treated with bacterium, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. When both strains were used together, that was reduced as 57.1%. KACC 30008 and 30068 strains reduced hydrogen sulfide 42 and 90.4%, respectively. Both strains together reduced hydrogen sulfide gas as 98.5%. KACC 30008 did not decrease methyl mercaptan emission. However KACC 30068 decreased 40% and both strains together decreased the gas emission as 66.7%. Overall, this study showed that yeast treatment could enhance the effect of B. amyloliquefaciens treatment in the reduction of malodorous gas emission.

        In this study, growth enhancing effect of hatchery waste egg decomposed liquid fertilizer in pepper plant cultivation through chlorophyll fluorescence (O-J-I-P) analysis. In a whole growth period, egg decomposed fertilizer treated pepper grew well than non treated plant, though it was not statistically significantly different. Amount of chlorophyll fluorescence of non treated plant was higher thant that of fertilizer treated plant. It is determined that eventually lead to increased photosynthesis. In this study, six parameters, Fo, ABS/RC, RC/ABS, TRo/RC, DI0/RC, and DF Total ABS were the important factors represent efficiency of photochemical responses of pepper plant treated with hatchery waste egg decomposed fertilizer.

        Swine manure discharged from pigery emits various odorous compounds. The most common method to reduce such odors is adding feed additives to swine feeds. However, whether the effects of such methods are truly effective are controversial. This research contrasts the aldehyde compound emission characteristics and removal effects from a treatment group, which were given feeds added with feed additives, to a control group, which were given feeds without feed additives. Sixty swine of age 26~28 days were evenly divided into six sections within an incubator type pigsty - each section contained ten weaners. Five types of feed additives, either currently in the market or in development were supplied. Gases sampled from the headspace in the odor producing reactor were analyzed by GC. Major malodorous compounds were estimated by the concentrations and threshold values from the detected components. Since 95.3% of the odor comes from isobutyraldehyde out of six types of aldehyde compounds (acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, isobutyraldehyde, n-butyraldehyde, i-valeraldehyde, n-valeraldehyde), it can be regarded as the most critical compound contributing to pigsty odor.         본 연구는 기업의 지속적 생존과 성장이 변화하는 환경에 대응할 수 있는 지속적인 제품혁신에 있음에 초점을 두고, 산업 진화과정이 기업의 제품혁신 유형에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지와 인지, 기회구현, 변형의 세 가지 동태적 역량이 제품혁신에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구분석을 위해 1999년부터 2008년까지 산업의 도입기부터 성장기, 성숙기, 쇠퇴기를 모두 경험함으로써 종단적 분석에 적합한 한국 무선인터넷 산업의 7개 상장 기업에 대한 인터뷰와 문헌조사를 통한 사례연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 분석을 통하여 발견된 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산업의 성장률이 둔화되는 성숙기 또는 쇠퇴기에는 제품혁신의 경로종속성은 낮아지고, 산업진화 과정의 외생적 변수가 중요해진다. 둘째, 기업의 인지활동은 상위 수준의 전략에 영향을 많이 받으며, 인지활동 범위와 제품혁신의 유형과는 밀접한 관계가 있다. 따라서 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 다양한 영역의 인지활동이 필요하다. 셋째, 기회구현역량은 제품혁신의 성공가능성에 영향을 미치며, 궁극적으로 기업의 재무적 성과에 기여하게 된다. 특히 경로종속성이 높은 제품혁신을 선택했을 때 높은 성과를 얻을 수 있으며, 적절한 비즈니스 모델의 개발과 필요한 자원 및 역량의 조달이 병행될 때 가능성은 높아진다. 넷째, 변형역량이 강한 기업이 그렇지 못한 기업에 비해 기존 역량을 활용할 수 있는 점진적 유형의 제품혁신을 선택할 확률이 크다. 결론적으로 기업이 성공적인 제품혁신을 추진하기 위해서는 산업 진화과정의 고려와 함께 균형적인 동태적 역량의 개발이 반드시 필요하며 이것이 기업의 지속적인 생존과 성장에 중요한 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다.

        Occurrence of livestock malodor cause to increase in health impact and thus to increase in public interest. Therefore scientific methods to decrease odor is required. Decrease of odor from cow and pig excreata, however, has not fully been successful. The purpose of this research was to select and assess the microorganism can reduce NH₃ produced from cow excreata. Microorganisms which having potential to decrease odor were isolated from cow excreata The strain NIAST-1 which can decrease odor material, was isolated from among the samples of livestock farm located in Yang-phyang. The isolated strain was identified as Pseudomonas stutzeri with respect to its physiological characteristics and 16s RNA sequencing method. Cell-free supernatant was found to have good and stable odor removing activity. Optimal condition and composition of culture medium were determined as follows: glucose (anhydride) 1.2% (w/v), yeast extract 0.6% (v/v), and temperature (28 ℃), agitaion rate (180 rpm) and aeration rate(0.1 L/min). In field test, microbial agents composed of ASA(Pseudomonas stutzerie) showed marked removal activity of ammonia gas (25%) and hydrogen sulfide (14.5%) gas produced from five ton scale pig storage container. Also this study focussed to assay the characteristics and utilization of environment friendly agricultural materials at laboratory and greenhouse.
