        This Paper deals with the measurement and analysis of the brake squeal noise, the wheel’s and block brake’s vibration. The squeal noise, a kind of self-excited vibration, is generated by the friction between the rim of the revolving wheel and the block brake. The goal of this paper is to investigate experimental the relation between brake squeal noise and vibration mode of railway wheel with block brake to the track of friction surface on tread of railway wheel and the tread rake angle of railway wheel. Experimental results with Mode Analysis and Run Mode Analysis show that vibration mode of railway wheel with block brake is related with brake squeal noise.

        This Paper deals with the measurement and analysis of the brake squeal noise, the wheel’s and block brake’s vibration. Block brake cause friction noise and excessive braking noise makes passengers and operators uncomfortable. The goal of this paper is to investigate experimental the relation between brake squeal noise and behavior of block brake with railway wheel. Experimental results with MA and RMA show that behavior of railway vehicle block brakes is related with brake squeal noise.

        In automobiles, the main source contributing to the resulting car interior noise is the combustion engine, including gearbox, driveline, intake and exhaust system, wind, tire. Interior noise of a vehicle is usually caused by the vibration of the vehicle’s body transmitted from engine und driveline through the mounting system. The vibration and sound radiation is extremely complex. The final result of interest is in any case the sound pressure in the driver’s ear canals. The transferpath are separated into structure-borne and air-borne path. In oder to estimate the contribution of these components to car interior noise, the total sound pressure in car interior is estimated by using Transferpathanalysis method. In dies paper, experimental simulation has been carried out to analyze transfer characteristics for car interior noise transferred from sound source of the engine and driveline. The results from this study could be applicable for optimal design of noise reduction system in car.

        Electric power steering system(EPS) is a new power steering technology for vehicle and important device for improving vehicle’s dynamics and static performances. EPS can be divided into the following three forms: the Column assist type EPS(C-EPS), the Pinion assist type EPS(P-EPS), and the Rack assist type EPS(R -EPS). System stiffness of Different types of EPS which effects on steering performance, are known by simulation result and measuring products. P types of EPS are more stiffer than C types of EPS and contribute to steering performance at on centre range of vehicles. By analyzing of performance with types of EPS, this paper proposed improving method for C-EPS stiffness.

        A kart is a vehicle without the suspension system and the differential gear. The kart frame as an elastic body plays the role of a spring. By the cornering of a kart, rolling, pitching and twisting motions are induced in the kart frame. Also the slip or noncontact of the wheel and a permanent deformation of the kart frame can be induced. In order to examine closely this phenomenon of the twisting deformation, measurement and analysis on torsion working stress with strain gage and tracking system are needed. According to the measurement result, while steady state driving in a curve in general the torsion working stress of the kart frame will be increased depending on the vehicle velocity, but the kart frame will be not permanent deformed. However, analysis of the torsion working stress in comparison with torsion fatigue limit shows that while unsteady state driving as clash with same drive condition the racing kart frame will be deformed more quickly as the leisure kart frame.

In order to examine closely this phenomenon, measurement on height-displacements with various sensors and tracking system and analysis on the kart frame twisting characteristics with the rolling and pitching angle are needed. According to the measurement result, while driving in a curve at high speed the kart frame is quite twisted. Analysis on the measurement results shows that a kart used primarily in high speed requires a frame with low torsional stiffness and a frame material with high tensile strength and large elongation.

        수중구조물은 특수한 환경적 요인에 의하여 심한 열화상태에 놓이게 되며, 이러한 열화현상이 지속되게 되면 구조물은 철근의 부식과 콘크리트단면의 손실로 인하여 구조적으로 심각한 문제를 발생하게 된다. 수중구조물은 기중환경에서의 보수작업보다 매우 어려우며, 보수효과에 대한 증명도 불확실한 것이 현실이며, 기존의 보수공법은 외국의 사례를 보수효과의 검증없이 그대로 적용하거나, 경험에 의하여 시공되어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 수중구조물에 대한 보수공법을 제안하고, 실험체의 거동특성과 보수재와 피보수재의 계면파괴를 관찰하여 제안된 보수공법의 효과를 비교 · 분석하였다.
