        Measurement items of phenomena reflecting the overall condition of the structure during the measurement for safety management in the dam include water volume and displacement depending on the number of water leaks. Leakage measurements, which are important indicators to be measured on a dam, require significant accuracy and reliability. However, the dam design basis includes general measurement equipment, but the lower the limit for calculating the water leakage, and the lack of accuracy and reliability is a phenomenon. Therefore, in order to improve accuracy and reliability of the dam's major measurement items, the standards of the dam water measuring meter and the suitability of the water leak calculation formula (based on USBR) are reviewed to elicit problems and suggest solutions.

        This study was performed to decide weight of an objective evaluation factors so optimized for small reservoirs and reservoirs that operators may survey their status and identify relevant risk factors in a timely way. In this study, evaluation factors were determined based on the expert panel results followed by the brain storming process. The selected evaluation factors were implemented on the formulation of hierarchy and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique were used to determine weight factors based on the expert survey results. It is expected that the use of the proposed weight will contribute to the more systematic and efficient safety management of small reservoirs to prevent their failures.

        본 연구에서는 우리나라에 적합한 한계유출량 산정기법을 제안하고 이를 평가하고자 한다. 대상유역은 한강유역이며, 유역의 하도구간을 산지소하천 자연하도, 인공하도 그리고 본류하도의 3구간으로 구분하였다. 산지소하천의 경우 산지계곡의 야영객 및 등산객들의 피해를 방지하기 위해 0.5 m 수위상승을 기준으로 한계유출량을 산정하였다. 산지소하천 자연하도의 한계유출량은 유역 및 하도 매개변수 간의 지역적 회귀분석을 통해 소유역별 한계유출량을 계산하였다. 산지소하천
