PURPOSES : This study is to improve the highway management and rehabilitation efficiently by method for asset management. METHODS : Based on the literature review, The concept of this paper is to investigate the use of asset values from a Bridge management system to improvement of maintenance system more efficiently. This study is suggested for an evaluation method based on the current bridge condition by Written-down replacement cost of the assets. RESULTS : We suggests the optimization methodology of road asset valuation for budge distribution and performance measure. CONCLUSIONS : We evaluate all of national highway's bridge by the optimization methodology of road asset valuation, and suggest application methods of asset result.
In this study, fatigue cracks in welled joints of gusset plate at the lower flange of the plate girder bridge, field measurements were carried out and their test results were analyzed. Results obtained are summarized as follows. The proposed the reliability of the reinforcement effect by comparing the maximum stress value with the limit of the fatigue detailed category E.
After analyzing the evaluation details of the durability items of the concrete retaining wall for a certain period, the problems were identified. The lack of competency and lack of institutional skills of participating engineers have been analyzed as the main factors, and the improvement of technical and institutional aspects is required.
Measurement items of phenomena reflecting the overall condition of the structure during the measurement for safety management in the dam include water volume and displacement depending on the number of water leaks. Leakage measurements, which are important indicators to be measured on a dam, require significant accuracy and reliability. However, the dam design basis includes general measurement equipment, but the lower the limit for calculating the water leakage, and the lack of accuracy and reliability is a phenomenon. Therefore, in order to improve accuracy and reliability of the dam's major measurement items, the standards of the dam water measuring meter and the suitability of the water leak calculation formula (based on USBR) are reviewed to elicit problems and suggest solutions.
The safety issue of PSC box Girder Bridge is being brought up to the surface. For countermeasures, we developed an extensive material testing procedures and applied it into our existing bridges. We believe that these set of newly constructed procedures are well within the reasonable mark. With that, we now foresee the necessity in systematic improvement and ample supply of its technology in order to secure the future safety of PSC box girder bridges.

Space took place between two superstructures of which two bridges are adjacent each other. The cause of space between superstructures turn out to be due to several reason such as stratum composition by various ground condition, ground stability after completion of structure, ground stress bulb double, etc.
In this study, ends of reinforced concrete bridge damaged by the chloride attack was experimentally investigated. The effect of the lateral gradient was low. The results of this study will be used as a guideline for bridge maintenance to investigation of the characteristics of chloride penetration.
본 논문은 토목 시설물의 유지관리 분야에서 BIM을 도입하기 위해 필요한 핵심 표준화 항목과 그 추진 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 시설물의 유지관리에 관한 가치사슬과 BIM의 기술적 특성을 분석하여 가치사슬 상에서 최초로 수행되는 손상정보의 기록 방식이 BIM의 정보운용 방식과 매우 유사함을 밝혔다. 또한 시설물 유지관리 가치사슬 단계별로 수행되는 업무에 부합되는 BIM 데이터를 생산하고 운영하기 위해 필요한 표준화 항목을 제시하였다. 제시된 표준화 항목은 시설물의 전 생애주기에서 공통으로 적용되는 표준과 시설물 유지관리 목적에 맞추어 특화된 표준화 항목으로 구분하였으며, 각 구분된 항목에 대하여 표준화 추진 시 중심 역할을 수행할 수 있는 기관을 법령에 근거하여 제시하였다.
The importance of facility management has been increased. Management scheme is mainly for organizing the reports which in the form of electrical file, and provides an information service using facility management database. However, current system is not sufficient to interconnect the physical model with semantic information, also the consistency of data is not guaranteed. In this study, we propose a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based facility management scheme to overcome this drawbacks. the objective of this paper is to briefly introduce the concept of BIM and major issues to develop the system.
최근 사회기반시설물에 대한 공공투자는 신규건설에 대한 지출이 감소하고 유지관리분야에 대한 지출이 점진적으로 늘어나는 추세로 변화되고 있다. 이에 따라 해외 도로시설물에 대한 유지관리분야에서도 선진 개념인 자산관리 방법론이 접목되고 있으며, 보다 근본적인 시스템 개선이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소규모 도로관리주체에서 사용할 수 있는 자산관리개념의 유지관리 프로그램을 개발하여 예산편성의 효율성을 높이고, 도로망 전체를 고려한 네트워크 방식의 합리적인 유지보수 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 향후 다수의 시설물을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 체계 및 방법론을 정립하였다.
