        The paper examines how empowering leadership and intrinsic motivation contributed to explaining in-role behavior. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from 414 individuals in employees working in small and medium-sized firms at Jinju, Changwon, Gimhae, Busan City to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0. This study reports findings as follows: first, the relationship between the empowering leadership and the intrinsic motivation is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the intrinsic motivation and the in-role behavior. Third, the relationship between the empowering leadership and the in-role behavior is positively related. Finally, the intrinsic motivation played as a partial mediator on the relationship between empowering leadership and in-role behavior. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

        The paper examines how servant leadership and organizational identification contributed to explaining innovative behavior. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from 298 individuals in employees working in small and medium-sized firms at Jinju, Changwon, Gimhae, Busan City to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0. This study reports findings as follows: first, the relationship between the servant leadership and the organizational identification is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the organizational identification and the innovative behavior. Third, the relationship between the servant leadership and the innovative behavior is positively related. Finally, the organizational identification played as a partial mediator on the relationship between servant leadership and innovative behavior. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from 256 individuals in employees working in small and medium-sized firms at Jinju, Changwon, Gimhae City to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0. This study reports findings as follows: first, the relationship between the ethical leadership and the organizational identification is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the organizational identification and the organizational commitment. Third, the relationship between the ethical leadership and the organizational commitment is positively related. Finally, the organizational identification played as a partial mediator on the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

Second, there was also a positive correlation between the employee's self-efficacy and the innovation behaviors. Third, the relationship between the learning orientation and the innovation behaviors is positively related. Finally, the employee's self-efficacy played as a partial mediator on the relationship between learning orientation and innovation behaviors. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

        The purpose of this study includes: the relationships between corporate entrepreneurship(innovation, proactiveness, risk-taking) and firm performance(non-financial performance, financial performance) and the mediating effect of the self-efficacy on the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and firm performance. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from 368 individuals in employees working in small and medium-sized firms at Gyeongnam region to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0. This study reports findings as follows: first, the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship(except innovation) and the employee's self-efficacy is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the employee's self-efficacy and firm performance. Third, the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and the non-financial performance is positively related. The relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship(except innovation) and the financial performance is positively related. Finally, the employee's self-efficacy played as a partial mediator on the relationship between risk-taking and firm performance. The employee's self-efficacy played as a fully mediator on the relationship between proactiveness and non-financial performance. The employee's self-efficacy played as a partial mediator on the relationship between proactiveness and financial performance. However, there was no empirical evidence for the mediating effect of employee's self-efficacy on the relationship innovation and firm performance. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

        To overcome the ecosystem-crisis of resource depletion and climate change, we should maintain and develop a 'Sustainability' of our society. 'After-market' is defined like this : any market where customers who buy one product or service are likely to buy a related follow-on product. This is related to a automotive, electric and electronic, and remanufacturing industry. 'After-market' will be helpful for reuse and recycling of resources aspects, cost and economic efficiency, low-carbon, climate protection, and new industries and job creation effects, To promote 'After-Market', we need to guarantee the quality of products. In this regard, we refer and introduce a new standard, for example, BS8887, PAS141 and ISO20245 etc. In order to promote 'After-Market', first of all, product quality assurance and safety must be demonstrated in the process of reuse. Second, many aspects of a device that protects the rights of consumers to be provided. And third, the related laws and standards should be reviewed. Finally, original manufacturer's awareness for environmental protection and resource conservation and government's institutional support are needed.

        본 연구의 목적은 병원에서 근무하고 있는 방사선사의 업무소진과 업무자율성이 이직의사에 미치는 영향에 대해 분 석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 방사선사의 업무소진과 업무자율성 및 이직의사의 평균값과 표준편차는 전체적 인 업무소진은 3.15점을 보여 방사선사의 업무소진은 보통수준 이상인 것으로 나타났으며, 업무자율성에서는 2.88점 으로 업무에 대한 자율성이 보통수준에 미치지 못하는 것으로, 이직의사에서는 3.30점으로 이직하려는 경향이 높은 쪽 으로 나타났으며, 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 요인 중에서 정서적 소진, 일에 대한 흥미상실, 일에 대한 열의상실이 유 의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 방사선사가 방사선검사와 관련하여 자신의 전문지식과 판단을 근거로 방사선 업 무를 수행하고, 업무상 의사결정을 충분히 가질 수 있으면서, 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 환경이 조성되어진다면, 방사 선사의 업무소진은 최소화 할 수 있으며, 업무의 자율성을 강화하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하게 될 때, 이직의 사를 줄이면서 방사선 인력관리 및 방사선사의 질적인 면을 향상시켜, 병원 조직 내에서 방사선사의 위상을 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
