        In this paper, the shear performance of the deep beams with high strength headed reinforcement was evaluated. The experimental parameters are high strength headed bar a gunboat. The shear span-depth ratio (a/d) of specimens was 1. The development length of headed reinforcement was evaluated to have a great influence on the shear strength of the deep beam.

        The purpose of this study is to compare the ultrasonic pulse velocity before and after core compression test of steel fiber reinforced concrete using the ultrasonic pulse velocity method. The correlation between the column member ultrasonic pulse velocity before core test, the column member ultrasonic pulse velocity after core test, and the compressive strength of the core specimen were analyzed by fabricating a steel fiber reinforced concrete hollow column member.

        Recently, researches on FRP bars have been carried out as a solution to improve the durability of reinforcing steel bars. In the study, an experimental program was conducted to evaluate the development performance of GFRP bars for SFRC beams. Specimens were failed by splitting fracture. The development performance by the center lap joint was larger than the development of end of beam. As the lap length increased, the development performance was increased but not proportional.

        In this study, the lap joint performance for SFRC beam with different depths was evaluated. The specimens had the lap splice details using the high-strength headed reinforcement. For the SFRC beam with different depths, the headed reinforcement which is overlapped more than 20 times of the rebar diameter has sufficient lap-splicing performance.

        According to social needs, eco-friendly material for concrete structures has been developed in recent years. Hwang-toh is one of the eco-friendly architectural material and hwang-toh has been used by partial or complete replacement of portland cement. Four beam specimens with the variations of types of FRP bar (GFRP or CFRP bar) and cement are prepared and tested. From development test, the performance of FRP rebar for PVA fiber reinforced AHC was evaluated.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the compressive strengths of charcoal concrete. Compression experiment was conducted for specimens with various replacement ratio (0%, 10%, 20%) of charcoal. From the test results, it was shown that the compressive strengths of charcoal concrete were reduced with increasing replacement ratio of charcoal.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the bond characteristics of deformed steel bar for concrete with bamboo activated carbon. Pullout test was conducted for specimens with various replacement ratio (0%, 10%, 20%) of bamboo activated carbon. Test results show that it need to use a concrete with a replacement ratio of bamboo activated carbon of 10% or less to retain proper bond strength.

        As a eco-friendly material, Hwangtoh (red clay) has been studied for complete or partial replacement of portland cement consisted in concrete. In this research, the experimental works were conducted to study the initial quality control for the compressive strength of Hwangtoh concrete (24MPa) using the ultrasonic pulse velocity method and the impact echo method of nondestructive test methods.

        In this research, the experimental works were conducted to study the lap strength of the headed reinforcements with confinement provided by stirrups or tie-down bars. Eleven lap splice specimens were tested. The variables in this study were: confinement details and lap length. The initial crack of the specimens lapped developed at the heads of reinforcements. Bearing stress and confinement details contributed to increase strength and deformation.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze flexural behavior of concrete beams with steel bar and FRP reinforcement. An investigation was performed on the influence of the flexural stiffness, cracking, deflection behavior. Specimen with FRP reinforcement showed a higher strength than specimen with only steel bar. Concrete strength had an effect on improvement in flexural strength and ductile deformation.

        본 연구는 중진지역에서의 PC(precast conctete) 보-기둥 접합부의 새로운 모멘트-저항 시스템을 제안하는 것이다. 철근 이음형 접합부에서 연결재는 접합부를 관통하고, U형 하프 PC 보의 하부철근과 비접촉 겹칩이음으로 연결되어 있다. 비접촉 겹침이음에 대한 성능을 파악하기 위하여 실험적 연구와 해석적 연구가 수행되었다. 실험의 주요변수는 겹침길이, 연결재의 크기, 그리고 겹침이음된 연결재의 거리 등이다. 또한, 균열양상, 하중-변위 곡선, 내력 비교, 그리고 연결재의 변형 등에 초점을 맞추어 해석적 연구를 수행하여 실험결과와 비교하였다. 해석과 실험 결과 주요변수인 겹침길이, 연결재의 크기, 연결재의 비접촉 수직 거리등에 따라 강도, 연성, 그리고 접합부 거동에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

        본 연구에서 내부 공간을 확장시키기 위한 평면확장형 공동주택 리모델링에 있어서 기존 슬래브와 신규 슬래브 접합부의 횡방향 하중 전달 성능을 평가하기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 슬래브의 접합연결재로 후 매립 Dowel 철근을 사용하였다. 기존 슬래브는 철거 예정인 기존 아파트로부터 채취하였으며, 휨성능을 향상시키기 위하여 탄소판(CFRP)으로 보강하였다. 실험결과로부터 후 매립 Dowel 철근으로 접합된 접합부 실험체가 최종파괴 시까지 완전합성거동을 하는 것을 확인하였으며, 충분한 극한성능 및 사용성능을 확보하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
