A country has been devoting a lot of attention in order to prepare the aging facilities. we were examined the status of hydrological facilities and reviewed the detailed guidelines for the safety assessment procedure. This study were derived the problems of safety assessment procedure by comparing detailed guidelines and field applications. Also, we proposed improvement plan of the assessment procedure.
In this study database on the results of in-depth inspection was built and statistical analysis was performed on the major faults for concrete dams. using condition evaluation results for existing concrete dams.
Since then the Special Act on the Safety Control of Public Structures has been enforced, the precision safety Inspection result was being collected. but it was not performed to comprehensive analysis and D/B. In this study, statistical analysis was performed by utilizing the Precise Inspection for Safety of Dam.
In this study, we analyze the current situation regarding the aging through a survey of domestic research buildings, and propose an improvement plan for research buildings. From the study results, we expect safety improvement and an increase in research productivity by improving the research environment of the buildings.
In the case of Korea, the design flood is calculated to indirectly method using Clark unit Hydrograph. Therefore, to obtain the main outflow parameters of Clark is very important. When estimating the parameters, optimum parameter estimation is very difficult due to lack of observation. In this study, storage coefficient according to numerous rainfall event is calculated to applying similarity characteristics analysis of basin, uncertainty analysis of storage coefficient was performed.
