        This study uses the moderating model to explore the relationships between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) associations, brand awareness and consumer purchase intention. Besides investigating the direct effects of CSR associations on brand awareness and consumer purchase intention, this study also focuses on discovering the moderating role of CSR associations on the relationship between brand awareness and consumer purchase intention among Vietnamese students. Adapting scales from previous research, the authors distribute questionnaires to consumers across the country. Then, the validity and reliability are tested via Cronbach’s alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Moreover, by employing a meta-analytical path analysis with a sample of 686 consumers, the authors show that CSR associations play an important role in shaping purchase intention among Vietnamese consumers regarding the consumption of organic milk products. Also, CSR associations have a strong effect on brand awareness. However, our study shows that purchase intention is not directly affected by brand awareness. In other words, brand awareness does not mediate the relationship between CSR associations and purchase intention. Interestingly, authors show that CSR associations moderate the link between brand awareness and consumer purchase intention. Based on the research, some recommendations are made to companies that produce organic milk products.

        The paper examines the influence of corporate governance (CG) and earning quality (EQ) on corporate value (FV) of Vietnamese enterprises. The study uses GLS regression and linear structure model using data collected from companies listing on the stock market in Vietnam during 2008- 2018, with a total of 2,937 observations. The research results indicate that EQ and CG represented by the Integrated Board of Directors and the Integrated Supervisory Board have a positive effect on FV directly and indirectly. The results show that the Integrated Board of Directors has a positive effect on EQ, whereas the Integrated Supervisory Board has a negative effect on EQ. Based on the research results, we suggest that companies need to strictly comply and implement GC, so to bring down the agency cost and consequently to increase performance. The companies also should establish the Board of Director of a proper size, with financial and accounting specialty, and including women board members. The government also needs to improve the management mechanism asking for firms to prepare and publish financial statements with reliable company information, which could be provided to users. These recommendations are a useful basis to help businesses improve FV via changes in the corporate governance factors in each enterprise.

        Marine traffic safety of the Vung Tau Waterway, from port limit to Ganh Rai Gulf, plays a crucial role in the economic development of the important triangular economic zone in the south of Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai Province, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province. This paper uses the IWRAP Mk2 program to assess marine traffic safety and shows that in the area there are three parts of fairway have highest risk of collision (from buoys No. 8-9 to buoys No. 1-2 of the Song Dinh fairway; from buoy No. 0 to buoys No. 8-9 and from buoys No. 6-9 to buoys No. 8-9A of the Sai Gon-Vung Tau fairway) and the two areas have highest risk of grounding (the Vung Tau coastline from Ganh Hao to Sao Mai and an area in the Ganh Rai Gulf). In addition, the result of a questionnaire survey on a group of Pilots shows that wind, current and rain/fog have considerable negative effect to ship handling of large vessels in this area. This paper's results will be used in the further research to discover solutions for improving marine traffic safety in the Vung Tau Waterway.
