Due to the influence and impact of various social and cultural reasons, calligraphy works in this period presented a very unique spiritual outlook. Especially the use of "bird" image is the most prominent, "phoenix", "luan", "gue", "yan", "magpie", "eagle" and other images appear frequently in the calligraphy theory, and they are often used to describe the form, style, charm and spirit of calligraphy.Some images imply the commenters' praise or criticism and their pursuit of ideals, which hides a deeper cultural origin. Through the classification and arrangement of the literature, this paper explores the deep cultural connotation behind it.
