        The purpose of this study is to examine appropriate sub-basin division numbers that best reflect the hydrological characteristics of the basin so as to propose the criterion for dividing the sub-basin in analyzing flood runoff in the future. The characteristics of flood runoff variations were based on the WMS HEC-1 model, and the area in the upstream of the Dongbyeon water level observatory and the Geum-ho water level observatory was chosen for analysis, and examined the characteristics of the changes in flood runoff. First of all, in the targeted basin, if the sub-basin division number was 4 (that is, the area of the divided sub-basin was about 25% of the total area). Next, as the sub-basin division number gradually increased, the peak rate of runoff increased as well, and in case the sub-basin was not divided, the peak rate of runoff occurred at the earliest time. Given these results, the spatial change characteristics will be best reflected when the sub-basin is divided for analysis of flood runoff in such a way that the area of the divided sub-basin is about 25% of the total area of the basin. However, as these results are based on a limited number (4) of storms, more storm events and other basins need to be included in the review of the sub-basin division methodology.

        본 연구에서는 조력발전소 배수갑문의 형상과 배치에 따른 방류능력을 해석하는데 3차원 수치모의가 효과적으로 이용될 수 있음을 보였다. 3차원 수치모형은 RANS를 지배방정식으로 하는 FLOW-3D 모형을 이용하였다. 본 연구결과 배수갑문의 방류능력은 물받이길이와 도류벽의 접근각도에 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이의 개선 여부에 따라 이상의 방류량 차이가 발생하였다. 또한 방류량은 배수문과 수차구조물을 연결하는 구조물의 형상과 물받이 끝 사면

        최근 동북아의 중심에 위치하는 지리적 이점을 살려 부산항 및 광양항을 동북아 중심항(Hub-Port)으로 육성하고자 하는 동북아 물류(Logistics)중심화 전략이 적극적으로 추진되고 있다. 이와 같은 상황에서 경의선 및 동해선의 남북철도 연결공사는 그 의미가 크다고 할 수 있으며, 이것은 부산항이 동북아와 유럽을 육로로 잇는 해상과 철도수송의 연계를 위한 이상적인 복합운송체계(Combined Transport System) 를 갖추는 것을 의미한다. 그러나 지금까지의 연구와 정책은 남북척도의 연결에만 초점을 두고 실제 TKR (Trans-Korean Railway)의 기종점(Origin-Destination)으로서 가장 중요한 역할을 수행해야 하는 부산항 철도시설의 능력에 대한 검토는 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산항을 중심으로 한 척도수송의 실태와 문제점을 제시하며, 향후 컨테이너 물동량 증가에 따른 부산항의 철도시설 능력을 검토하고 분석한다. 그리고 철송시설 능력에 따른 물류비용과 사회적비용 분석을 통하여 대구-부산간 경부고속철도(Gung-Bu Trans Express)와 같은 시설확충의 중요성과 철도수송 활성화를 위한 현실적 개선 방안을 제시한다.

        In general, the evaluation of water supply capacity is important factor to establish various establishment of water resource supply plan include water resource security and determination of dam's mass. But former researchs about estimation of water supply capacity were lack in continunity of evaluation basis, and didn't excute analysis on reliability criteria also. In this study, Nakdong river was selected for study basin, and then water supply capacity was analyzed by HEC-5 model using identical reliability criteria.

        This study aims to analyse the coefficient used to estimate the quay capacity per year at the container terminal. The capacity of the container terminal is composed of the capacity at the quay side and the other working conditions at the back of the quay side. But when we refer the capacity of the container terminal, generally we used capacity as that of the container terminal. To estimate the quay capacity independently of the working conditions at the back of quay side, we calculate the quay capacity as th product of working hours per year, productivity of container crane and relate other coefficients, such that berth utilization, crane utilization and efficiency. So that coefficients are properly defined to reflect the other working conditions. If we calculate the quay capacity by the product of working hours modified by the berth utilization and crane productivity modified by the crane utilization and efficiency, the meaning of that coefficients must be strictly defined. So there could be no confusion to apply that coefficients to calculate the quay capacity. In this study, we exclusively define the meaning of the berth utilization, crane utilization and efficiency according to the internal-meaning of thats in the function to calculate the quay capacity. And compare each coefficients by decomposing the working hours at the terminal.
