영향 관계를 분석하고, 그 영향 관계에서 직업가치관의 매개적 역할을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 S시와 K시의 성인대학생 320명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이중 응답에 누락이 있거나 불성실하게 응답한 14 부를 제외한 총 306부의 자료가 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같 다. 첫째, 전공선택과 직업가치관이 전공만족도에 정적으로 유의미하게 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인대학생의 전공선택이 전공만족도 관계에서 직업 가치관이 부분매개효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 성 인대학생의 전공만족도와 직업 가치관 그리고 전공선택과 직업가치관이 전 공만족도에 긍정적 효과를 미친다는 것을 시사한다. 이에 성인대학생이 직 업가치관 형성을 통한 전공 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제공하였다.

본 연구는 코치의 직업에 대한 가치관 인식유형을 Q 방법론을 활용하여 유형을 분류하고 특성을 도출하여, 전문코치를 양성하는데 기초 자료를 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 코치의 직업가치관 인식유형을 구분하고 살펴보기 위해 Q 방법론을 적용하였고, Q 표본은 코치와 직업가치관에 관련된 문헌 고찰과 전문가 및 연구 참여자의 심층 인터뷰를 통해 총 40개의 진술문을 Q 표본으로 선정하였다. 연구에 사용된 P샘플은 (사)한국코치협회의 KAC 자격증을 소지한 30명의 코 치를 대상으로 추출하였다. 자료분석은 QUANL 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 코치의 직업 가치관에 대한 인식 유형은 3가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 첫째, 유형 1은 생활방식이 안정적임을 추구하는 ‘실질적인 안정형’, 유형 2는 자기발전을 지속적으로 추구하려 하는 ‘성장과 변화를 촉진하는 자기발전형’, 유형 3은 성과 및 성취감을 추구하고 사회적 인정을 중요하다고 생각하는 ‘인정 욕구를 가진 성취형’으로 주관성 유형의 특성이 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통하여, 직업가치관에 대한 유형화된 코치의 주관성 특성을 바탕으로 코칭 문화 확산에 기여 하는 차원에서 전문코치 양성을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study were to compare the satisfaction in major and work value among the each grade of college nursing students. Methods: This study adopted the descriptive comparative design, Subjects were 225 students from two nursing schools in the Seoul city. The instruments used for this study were a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Duncan post-hoc test, and Pearson correlation coefficient using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in major satisfaction and especially, senior students showed the lowest score. There were no significant differences in the work value among the grades. The major satisfaction was correlated significantly with the work value. It showed that higher major satisfaction, more positive work value. Conclusion: Based on the results, major satisfaction had significant correlations with the work value among the students. Which proves that the scores of major satisfaction has its effects on the students’ values of the profession. Therefore, new education system using various learning strategies such as simulation and team-based learning is must needed for each grade in order for students to gain satisfaction in their major, which will improve the nature of future nursing environment and their working values.

We have implemented the questionnaire survey to study the structure of consciousness of collegian and the Change of the worth view of the vocation on totally 832 collegians who attended to fisheries and martime colleges. The results were as follows : Most collegian had selected college and department by means of surrounding recommendation and acquired scores without regarding his own aptitude and prospect. The educational aims of the collegian who majored in fisheries and maritime field are to carry out the theory and practise along with emphasizing technical education and human-being education together. Concerning to the status of professor. Most collegian had wanted professor not only who had much comprehensive faculty but also who pointed out than well teaching professor. The collegian who consult their prospect with professor was very rare and they were very negative for the learning majoring in fisheries and maritime field. Because the practice guidance was not accomplished effectively on the account of social aspect, most collegian has avoided jobs relating to fisheries and maritime field. Also, they had selected short term on the job training couse aboard the ship.
