Warehouse Management System was a helper of business in past, but it is perceived as a core competitive power and a tool for generating new business. It have been come out some new prospects for WMS due to generalization of global outsourcing and extension of the range of supply chain. In China, H automobile company construct the new WMS for providing the production extension and increment of part demand for A/S. This paper deals with the location management in warehouse, warehouse management, delivery management of goods from a warehouse, inventory management organizing WMS for construction of A/S warehouse in H motor in China. Then we identified the several problems of existing warehouse and constructed the driving organization and methods for overcoming these problems. We continually gather data for analysing the effects of new A/S warehouse and WMS construction.
This paper deals with the application and effects of MES for H automobile plant in China. There existed the production planning and the different work order in PL painting plant, but we can simultaneously prepare the painting parts and parts delivery and assembly according to painting color by introducing MES. We can respond the change of production planning and operate integratively the PL painting, parts storage and parts delivery and then we can results in reasonable logistics. We obtained the exact production information, correct work order, precise delivery order. We obtained not only the improvement of logistics but also the reduction of inventory.
Automobile market was grown up by 1.7% at the first half of 2012 comparison with 2011 in China and this growth trend will be continued for a while. Under this market environment the China automobile companies expand the production capacity and result in heightening the intense competition for companies. This paper deals with the more efficient production line and production logistics through SPS(Synchronized Production System) with construction of MES(Manufacturing Execution System) in H automobile company in China. In plastic painting line we can simultaneously prepare the production quantity and delivery time according to assembly production plan by introducing MES. We can reduce the excess production and result in extreme reduction of inventory.
This paper deals with the productivity increment through construction of HT8 production system for automobile factory in China. HT8 production system start to build up several management indices. The important management indices consists of organization management, location management, management of order, management of defective item, management of delivery information, and warehouse management. This HT8 production system is expected to obtain the improvement for overall organization management and reduction by 50% in warehouse cost.
This paper deals with the productivity increment through construction of lean production system for automobile factory in China. This lean production system has been progressed according to 5 steps. Step 1 is the work preparation. Step 2 is the process design. Step 3 is the establishment of method to count production quantity. Step 4 is the establishment of measuring method for input and output. Finally, step 5 is the construction of flexible production system able to adapt for environment change. This lean production system is expected to obtain the productivity increment by 50% for plastic plant and reduction by 50% in inventory quantity.
