        본 논문은 미등록 이주아동의 성인기 진입에 주목하여, 이들이 각 생 애 단계에서 삶의 경험과 인식이 어떻게 변화하는지 분석하고, 이들을 둘러싼 다양한 사회적, 제도적, 법적, 정치적 맥락에 의해 다음 단계의 삶이 어떻게 형성되는지 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 미등록 이주아동은 고등 학교 졸업전까지는 법적·제도적으로 보호받으나 성인기 전환 이후에는 ‘불법’이라는 신분상의 문제가 이들의 열망과 기회를 제한하는 주요 요인 이자 낙인으로 작용한다. 중단된 통과의례와 끝없는 리미널리티 (liminality)의 상황 속에서 이들은 ‘불법’으로 대표되는 자신의 주된 지 위와 낙인을 변경하고 제거하는 등 새로운 도덕적 경력을 만들어 나가기 위해 노력한다. 그러나 점차 현재 한국의 법체제 내에서 합법적 체류자 격의 취득만이 불법 신분을 되돌릴 수 있는 유일한 방법이라는 사실을 인식하기 시작하면서 이들은 체류자격 시험을 통한 능력별 비자 부여와 같은 정부의 관용적이고 포용적인 합법화 정책이 시행될 수 있기를 열망 하고 있다.

        This study investigated the occurrence and morphological characteristics of Polyphylla laticollis manchurica adults in the Miho River, Cheongju, from June to August 2024. Surveys were conducted at five sites along a 14 km stretch from upstream of Palgyeol Bridge to downstream of Oksan Bridge, including three sites along the main river and two sites in tributaries. No P. laticollis manchurica adults were found at the tributary sites. A total of 107 adults were recorded at site C and D, with peak occurrence observed between June 20 and August 4, 2024. The first occurrence date was recorded in June 20, the peak occurrence on July 5, and the last observation on August 4. The morphological measurements of the adults attracted by light trap were as follows: body length 33.38±1.68 mm; body width 16.02±1.00 mm; and body weight 1.45±0.32 g. The sex ratio (male : female) was 7.14 : 2.86. While no significant differences were observed in body length and width between males and females, females were significantly heavier during the third survey period. Most adults attracted to artificial light were males, and several dead individuals were found near streetlights and bridge. This study provides fundamental data on the occurrence period, habitat distribution, and phototactic behavior of P. l. manchurica, contributing to a better ecological understanding and conservation efforts for this endangered species.

        To understand effects of the compositions of marine macrobenthic communities on carbon storage in subtidal rocky habitat, a diving survey was conducted at Aewol and Biyangdo stations in the northwestern regions of Jeju Island in the summer of 2023. Cluster analysis revealed no significant differences in community composition between the two stations. The mean biomass of the dominant species was Cnidaria (2,047.4 gwwt m-2) of macroinvertebrate, followed by Rhodophyta (745.4 gwwt m-2) of seaweed in studied areas. According to similarity percentage analysis, Alveopora japonica and Ecklonia cava were major contributors to the communities in Aewol, whereas diverse marine organisms, including these two species, contributed to the community in Biyangdo. The estimated mean carbon storage by benthic communities derived from their carbon contents in surveyed areas was 202.7 gC m-2, with variations reflecting differences in community compositions. The biomass of Cnidaria, dominated by A. japonica, showed a positive correlation with carbon storage, whereas the biomass of Rhodophyta, primarily composed of coralline algae, showed a negative correlation. These variations in carbon storage among marine communities may result from species-specific carbon assimilation patterns, survival strategies, marine carbon cycling, and intra-community interactions such as competition and feeding.

        이탄 토양으로부터 분리된 세균의 유기물 분해능, 항균 활성 및 식물생육촉진능을 확인하고 다 기능성 유용 미생물을 확보하고자 하였다. 분리된 48 균주를 대상으로 β-glucosidase, cellulase, amylase, protease 생성능을 확인한 결과, SH-23, SH-26, SH-29 그리고 SH-33 균주가 우수 균주로 선발되었다. 선발된 유기물 분해 우수 세균 4 균주는 식물병원성곰팡이(Botrytis cinerea, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium oxysporum, Colletotrichum acutatum)에 대한 항진균 활성을 나타내었다. 유기물 분해능이 우수하고 식물 병원성 곰팡이에 대해 항진균 활성을 나타낸 SH-26 균주를 최종 우수균주로 선발 하였다. 선발된 SH-26 균주의 16S rRNA 유전자 염기 서열을 결정한 결과, Pseudomonas knackmussii HG322950 B13T, Pseudomonas citronellolis BCZY01000096 NBRC 103043T, 그리고 Pseudomonas delhiensis jgi.1118306 RLD-1T 와 100%의 상동성을 나타내었다. Pseudomonas sp. SH-26 균주는 siderophore 생성능, 질소고 정능과 Indole-3-acetic acid 생성능이 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

        The Location Based Service is growing rapidly nowadays due to the universalization of the use for smartphone, therefore the location determination technology has been placed in an important position. This study suggests a method that can provide the estimate of users’ location by using PDR method and smartphone geomagnetic sensor data. This method assists the measure of enhancing the accuracy of indoor localization. Moreover, it is to study ways to provide the exact indoor layout for evacuating the workers in emergency such as fires and natural disasters.

        The LBS(Location Based Service) technology plays an important role in reducing wastes of time, losses of human lives and economic losses by detecting the user's location in order by suggesting the optimal evacuation route of the users in case of safety accidents. We developed an algorithm to estimate indoor location, movement path and indoor location changes of smart phone users based on the built-in sensors of smartphones and the dead-reckoning algorithm for pedestrians without a connection with smart devices such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Furthermore, seven different indoor movement scenarios were selected to measure the performance of this algorithm and the accuracy of the indoor location estimation was measured by comparing the actual movement route and the algorithm results of the experimenter(pedestrian) who performed the indoor movement. The experimental result showed that this algorithm had an average accuracy of 95.0%.

        이 연구에서는 기초의 종류에 따라 지반-구조물 상호작용(SSI) 효과가 LNG 저장탱크의 지진응답해석에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 직경 71m인 LNG 탱크와 기반암 위 점토지반의 깊이가 30m인 지반조건을 고려하였다. 그리고 기초형식으로 네 가지(얕은 기초, 말뚝지지 전면기초, 말뚝기초(지표면 접촉식, 부유식)를 고려하였다. 지반의 비선형성은 자유장 지반에 대하여 등가선형화기법으로 고려되었다. 또한, 말뚝기초의 시공과정에서 발생하는 동다짐 효과에 대해서도 분석하였다. SSI 해석을 위하여 진동수영역 해석프로그램인 KIESSI-3D를 이용하였다. 지반-구조물 상호작용 해석을 통해 LNG 저장탱크의 외조 벽체 쉘의 응력과 내조탱크의 밑면전단력 및 전도모멘트를 구하였다. 해석결과로부터 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다: (1) 고정 기초해석에 의한 외조와 내조탱크의 지진응답이 SSI 효과로 인한 지진응답보다 매우 컸다. (2) SSI의 효과가 내조탱크와 외조탱크의 동적응답에 미치는 영향은 기초의 형식에 따라 다르게 나타난다. (3) 말뚝지지 전면기초에서 동다짐 효과에 의한 구조물 응답의 변화는 약 10%로서 무시할 수 없을 정도로 큰 것으로 나타났다.

        The diesel engine generate many pollutants such as PM(Particulate matter) and NOx(Nitrogen oxide). So the SCR(Selective catalytic reduction) must be required to meet the emission standard. The SCR catalyst market is growing rapidly, and the automobile markets using alternative energy sources are growing rapidly. This study deals with optimization of the calcination process the manufacturing process of SCR catalyst to be competitive. The calcination process is a bottleneck and it is required to optimize productivity and accept to be safety, But we cannot trade off anything in terms of safety. We applied DOE(Design of experiments) among many research methods performed in various fields. In order to achieve quality and productivity optimization. The dependent variables in the DOE were selected as NO Conversion(%). The independent variables were selected as the calcination temperature, soaking time and fan speed RPM. the CCD(Central composite designs) constructs response surface using the data onto experience and finds optimum levels within the fitted response surfaces. Our tests are our stability guarantee and efficient together with operation.

        Along with industrial development, various architectural structures have become bigger and higher, leading to an expansion in the size and capacity of construction equipment. And with the development of public transportation, the use of subways as a means of transportation in the city center is increasing, so that vibrations and structural noises are emerging as a new environmental issue. Considering that architectural structures may be used from several decades to hundreds of years after the time of construction, they can be seen as semi-permanent. Due to changes in the vibration-proof polyurethane mats installed in the foundation of these structures, settling may occur and vibration reduction may become inadequate. Therefore, in view of service life, it is necessary to have a high-level standard of reliability and stability. In accordance with this, the Floating Floor System, which uses soft polyurethane foam and can be constructed within a relatively short period of time, has excellent vibration resistant characteristics. It is presented as a great alternative solution to the issue of vibrations caused by subways, railways and building structures. At present, vibration-proof polyurethane mats have been developed up to the same product level as in other advanced countries. However, in the construction of structure foundations, the physical properties of this product and its shape incur changes. If they are installed as such in the structure of a building, it may cause significant impact on stability, requiring that this cause be urgently identified and improved.

        Accompanied with the industrial development, and enlarging and heightening buildings, building equipments are also enlarging. These changes are serious to the cause of structure noises. The Floating Floor System which uses the soft foam polyurethane are becoming popular in construction areas for its short construction period and well vibration proof ability, hence it is becoming wide in the marketing volume. We were able to enhance the physical characteristics of the vibration proof polyurethane mat with this study. As a result, we were also able to secure material competitiveness by meeting the requirements of customer satisfaction through enhancement in estimated material lifetime and physical characteristics.

        In recent years, the use of smartphones is becoming more common with the pace of development of society, and the development of technologies utilizing smartphones is proceeding rapidly. Although most LBS technologies are used in combination with a GPS system, there is a disadvantage that it is difficult to receive GPS signals according to the characteristics of buildings. Therefore, in this paper we conducted a study on the smartphone users’ indoor position estimation only using the built-in sensor of smartphone without a connection with smart devices, and it showed that the accuracy was increased.

        The rate of fire in buildings is gradually increasing in these days and the damage of property are severely increasing. This study suggests a methodology that provides information of the emergency exits based on indoor location services. The methodology uses determination technology and the latest update of indoor map generation via the built-in sensors of smartphone. This paper enhances the accuracy of indoor localization, and also it is to study how to provide exact indoor layout for rescuing the workers in emergency, such as fires and natural disasters.
