정신 건강을 돕기 위한 여러 방법 중 가상공간에서 이루어지는 치료는 편리한 접근성과 유연한 자아상을 제공한다는 장점을 가진다. 특히, 치료적 기능성 게임은 다양한 경험을 통해 인지, 정서, 행동을 수정하고 개선하며, 이 중 감성적 경험은 현실과의 접점에서 중요한 치료적 역할을 담당한다. 본고에서는 정서의 처리와 수용의 문제를 해소하는 목적으로 다양한 장르의 게임을 활용할 수 있는 방법을 논의하고자 하였다. 우울감과 불안과 같은 부정적 정서를 느끼는 사용자는 전이(transference)의 게임 공간을 활용하여 부정적인 정서를 마주하고 대처할 수 있고 비-전이(non-transference)의 게임 공간에서 안전한 놀이 행위를 통해 감정을 표현하고 해소할 수 있다. 전이의 공간에서 사용자는 유도된 감정 경험을 통해 거리를 두고 자신의 감정을 조절 및 통제하며 ‘외재화’할 수 있다. 이 때 게임 속 감정 경험은 완전히 타인의 것도 아니고 본인의 것도 아닌 중간 영역에 위치한 것이 된다. 또한 가상공간은 여러 모습의 자아를 경험하고 자신의 관심과 정체성을 찾아 갈 수 있는 유연한 공간으로서, 이상화된 자아가 발현될 수도 있고 진정한 자아를 끊임없이 탐구하고 실험할 수 있는 자아 성찰과 탐색의 장이 된다.

With the development of network media technology, we can deeply understand the social mentality of public events through the analysis and management of public network behavior. Grass roots governance is the basis of social governance. Urban community governance and rural village governance belong to the category of community governance. In the city, the community is the unit cell of social governance. The large-scale Internet platform has linked people, money, materials, and information related to personal life together. It not only provides solutions for the public's life problems but also provides a new digital social governance model. The modernization of community governance at the grassroots level also means reshaping the interpersonal relationship and power structure of the community, focusing on highlighting the subjectivity of the community residents and enhancing the emotional identity of the community.
