Consumers' online reviews have become more powerful in the Internet market. Consumers share reviews, post comments and constantly evaluate products online. In previous studies, the analysis of online reviews mainly focused on purchasing products based on consumers' own use experience, but in innovative products, it was difficult to find an analysis of product acceptor's response to product user reviews. In particular, there is no online review study of VR covered in this study. This study not only quantitatively analyzed online reviews of consumers who purchased VR products on Amazon, an online distribution site, but also qualitatively analyzed them through crawling. This study used Amazon's VR product user review, where purchases were confirmed, to select algorithms that are more likely to be matched by predicting a helpful review and presenting a predictive model. In addition, the online review extracted deep text associated with Helpful and conducted topical modeling. As a result, topics related to 1) experience in use, 2) post-product evaluation, 3) product composition and peripherals, 4) immersion, and 5) comfort were highly acceptable to potential inmates. To enhance the acceptability of innovative products through online reviews, it is not just highlighting the product advantages of VR, but also suggests that the link between smartphones and applications can bring in more potential users. Also, interworking with other peripheral devices (speakers or screens) can be predicted as a way to increase the acceptability of VR products. From a marketing perspective, this study has found targeted topics that help consumers in pioneering the VR market, which will help potential customers create the services they want.

Biomass of agricultural waste is getting increasing attention all over the world as it is a kind of renewable, abundantly available, low cost, and environmentally friendly resource. Preparation of activated carbon from agricultural waste via microwave-assisted chemical agent activation. The porosity, surface area, and functional and surface chemistry were featured by means of low-temperature nitrogen adsorption, Scanning Electron Microscopy, (SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The best conditions resulted in activated carbon with adsorption capacity of 517.5 mg/g and carbon yield of 80.99%. The activated carbons from carbonized tobacco stem with K2CO3 activation by microwave radiation is highest of surface area, and total pore volume corresponded to 2557 m2/g, and 1.647 cm3/g, respectively, with a high contribution of mesopores, microwave power of 700 W, and irradiation time of 30 min. The results of the review showed that chemical activation could develop both microporosity and mesoporosity. The findings support the potential to prepare high surface area and micropore-activated carbon from agricultural waste by microwave-induced chemical activation.

게임산업법은 “사행성게임물”을 정의하며, 이는 “게임물”의 개념에서 제외됨을 명확하게 규정하고 있다. 판례 역시 “사행성게임물”에 있어 ① 제한적인 내용 또는 방법에 의한 게임의 진행, ② 재산상 이익 제공 또는 손실의 ‘직접성’을 명백하게 요구한다. 그런데 현행 게임산업법상 “사행성게임물”은 사행행위규제법상 “사행성 유기기구”의 개념에 전면적으로 포섭 가능한 개념으로 파악할 수 있다. 규범적 체계에 있어 동일한 사항을 불완전한 형태로 더군다나 불필요하게 중복적으로 규정하는 것은 규범의 수범자에게 혼란만을 가져올 뿐이다. 따라서 현행 게임산업법상 “사행성게임물”은 사행행위규제법상 “사행성 유기기구”의 개념으로 포섭하여 명확하게 규정함으로써 규범의 체계적 정합성을 제고할 필요가 있다고 할 것이다.

디지털 매체의 사용이 확산되면서 이러한 매체의 최대 사용자인 청소년들이 유해매체물에 노 출되는 빈도도 급증하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 현행 청소년 유해매체물 규제 제도에 대해 유해매체물 심의 기준을 중심으로 비판적으로 검토하였다. 현행 청소년유해매체물 심의 기 준에 의하면, 음란한 자태를 지나치게 묘사한 것, 성행위에 대해 그 방법 등을 지나치게 묘사한 것, 청소년 대상으로 성행위를 조장하는 등 성 윤리를 왜곡시키는 내용 등을 담은 매체들은 청소 년에게 유해한 매체물로 규제하고 있다. 그러나, 규제되지 않은 매체물도 많으며 또는 이와 유사 한 매체물들은 디지털 매체를 통해 여전히 활발하게 전파되고 있다. 나아가 때로는 동법에서 보 호하는 청소년이 이러한 매체물들을 직접 생산⋅전파하는 역할을 하는 경우가 빈번한 현상을 볼 때, 보다 실질적인 규제 방안이 필요하다고 할 것이다. 그 방안으로서, 청소년 유해성의 개념을 명확히 설정할 필요가 있으며, 청소년의 인권을 존중하는 범위 내에서 청소년의 보호가 어떠한 의미인지에 대해 현 시대에 적합하게 정립할 필요가 있다고 하였다. 또한 법적인 규제와 자율 규제를 조화롭게 운영하여 보다 실효성있는 규제 체계를 정립할 필요성을 제안하였다. 그리고 이 모든 것은 보다 명확한 심의 기준을 바탕으로 달성될 수 있다는 점을 강조하였다.

본 연구에서는 온라인 쇼핑몰 상황에서 이전사업경험, 제품속성과 온라인 고객 의견이 신제품 매출성과에 미친 영향을 살펴보았다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 제품 성과에 대한 연 구들은 선진국 온라인 쇼핑몰을 중심으로 고객들의 구전효과에 초점을 두고 연구를 진행해 왔으며 상대적으로 기업특성이나 제품속성에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 본 연구에서는 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 판매중인 총 407개 TV모델들을 대상으로 기업특성, 제품속성 및 온라인 고객의견이 제품 매출성과에 미친 영향을 살펴보았다. 기업특성에서는 이전TV제조업체들의 제품이 신규 진입기업들의 제품들보다 매출성과가 높았다. 제품속성에서는 경쟁제품 대비 초기 가격수준이 낮을수록 성과가 높으며 가격할인율이 높은 경우에는 오히려 매출성과가 낮았다. 전반적인 제품의 기술경쟁력 수준이 높을수록 판매성과가 높으며 신기능의 특성에 따라 매출성과에 미친 효과는 다르게 나타났다. 제품별 온라인 고객평가 의견수가 많을수록 해당 제품의 매출성과는 높은 것으로 나타난 반면, 온라인 고객평가 점수는 매출성과에 유의 한 영향관계나 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 쇼핑몰 상황에서 신제품 매출성과 향 상을 위한 이론적 실무적 의의를 제시하고 향후 연구과제들을 제시하였다.

Most countries have been focused on the CDM(Clean Development Mechanism). According to Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, CDM is an arrangement under the Kyoto Protocol allowing industrialized countries with a greenhouse gas reduction commitment to invest in projects that reduce emissions in developing countries as an alternative to more expensive emission reductions in their own countries. There are many environmental problems which resulted from development of IT field. The main objective of this paper is to find an effective methodology as an initial stage for applications of green IT in a real life. Therefore this paper addresses worldwide reviews on green IT products.
