본 연구는 지역 클러스터 내에 존재하는 기술지식 교류 네트워크의 전반적인 구조적 특징을 파악하기 위해 사회네트워크 분석에 토대한 구조적 등위성 분석을 실증적으로 수행한다. 지금까지 기존 연구들은 구조적으로 등위적인 집단들 간에 성과차이가 존재하는 것으로 개념적으로 주장하였다. 그러나, 이에 대한 실증연구가 거의 없어 본 연구가 이를 보완하기 위해 수행되었다. 분석을 위해 구미국가산업단지 내에서 53개의 기술지식 교류 관련 협회 등을 조사하여 2550개 기업의 2-mode 네트워크 데이터를 활용하였다. 분석결과, 구조적 등위 집단들이 규정되고 중요한 기업들의 속성에 기초하여 네트워크 기존기업(established firms), 중개 기업(broker firms), 신생기업(emerging firms), 고립 기업(isolationist firms)으로 4개의 역할이 결정될 수 있었다. 또한, 블록 1에서 불록 4로 구분된 각각의 구조적 등위 집단들 즉, 역할들 간의 성과(매출액), 급진적 혁신성향, 기술혁신역량 차이에 대한 검증에서는 역할마다 검증결과가 차별적일 수 있음이 본 연구를 통해 제시되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 구조적으로 등위적인 집단들 간의 성과차이에 대한 연구를 발전시킬 필요성을 제안한다.

In this study, the intra-seasonal fluctuation (ISF) of wintertime temperature change in East Asia was classified by a cluster analysis of complete linkage. A ISF of temperature change was defined as a difference of synthesized harmonics (1 to 36 harmonic) of daily temperature averaged for 30 years (1951~1980, 1981~2010). Eight clusters were gained from the ISF curves of 96 stations in East Asia. Regions of the cluster C, G and A1 seem to be affected by the Siberian High (SH) center, whereas the cluster A1, A2, D, B and F by the SH main pathways. Regions of the cluster E are apart from the SH main pathways and appear to be in the area of influence of other factors. Wintertime temperatures in Northwest China (clusters C, G) and Northeast China (cluster A1) were increased very largely. In most clusters, around late January there were less warming periods than the winter mean of the mean ISF of the clusters, before and after this time there were more warming periods than the winter mean.

The regional development methods, which had carried out in the rural area had many legal and systematic problems in establishing plans for the region itself, and in finding and practicing various business. Recently, new government revised the budget system and introduced the block grants system to overcome this limitation. Due to this, plans and enforcements of subsequent rural development projects are expected be a significant change. The study suggests the 'theme cluster development' method for accomplishing the regional specialization and competitiveness and examines the procedure of application in practice through the regional development plan of Sunchang-gun, Jeonbuk province.
