원남과 티베트는 중국 남서 국경 지역에 위치하고, 여러 민족과 종교가 혼재되어 있어 중국정부가 통치하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 국 경선의 길이가 길어 국가의 중요한 방어구역이기도 하다. 하지만 이 지역 에 대한 학계의 관심과 연구는 상대적으로 빈약하다. 이러한 상황에서 본 논문은 이 지역들의 소속민족의 발전 및 건설 그리고 이들 지역의 고토수 비(守土固边)에 대해 연구한다. 문헌연구를 통해 국가안보차원에서 소수 민족 마을에 대한 건설과 고토수비현황에 대해 기초시설, 경제발전, 민생 발전, 생태문명 등 네 가지 분야로 깊이 고찰한 다음, 이를 통해 문제점을 발견하고 해결책과 발전방안을 제시하였다.

We will take following steps to get the goal. First, we will overview the physical distribution expenses annually. Second, will find the main cause of optimal load loss by improper container and lack of delivery flexibility to the demand. Third, the goal will be inferred through the fast information share based on organic relationship, the establishment of general production plan, the improvement of stock management plan. By way of this process, it can be accomplished expense reduction as well as flexible establishment of the reduction of worker's load.

컨테이너 선사들은 세계경제의 불황과 고유가가 지속되고 있는 상황에서 선박운영비용을 낮추기 위한 다각적인 노력들을 전개하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서, Grand Alliance는 극동 북미서안 서비스인 CCX와 극동 북미동안 서비스인 NCE에 서비스별 선박추가 투입대신에 Dedicated Feeder 투입을 하기로 결정하였다. 즉, 기간항로의 선박이 북중국항만에 기항하지 않고 환적항인 부산항에서 Feeder선을 통하여 환적 운송하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 전용피더 서비스 도입을 통한 환적의 경제성 효과를 확인하기 위하여 Grand Alliance 컨테이너 서비스의 실제 운영 자료에 대해 분석하였다. 이와 같은 전략을 통해 Grand Alliance의 'NCE, 'CCX'항로는 기간항로에 투입되는 선박의 감속운항이 가능하게 되어 선박 운영비의 절감 효과를 보이고 있다.
