The purpose of this research was to identify the situation of ICT use in education in the Russian region, its reasons, and possible problems and solutions. In order to achieve the attempted purpose, analysis was done on thirteen individual and collaborative final presentations of 34 Russian (Sakha) trainees who attended the APEC e-Learning Training Program during 2007-2013 and Russian government project on ICT in education. The results of the research are as follows. First, the most mentioned problem and need to the Russian education informatization was identified as a shortage of ICT equipment. The next two problems identified were the problem of the insufficiency of educational resources and lack of teacher motivation in using ICT. Third, the implementation of ICT in Russian schools should become one of the important objectives of the region’s education administration and school administration. Thus, Russian regional government officials, who are responsible for education, need training to implement better policies and measures for improvements of ICT use in education. Also it’s important for them to learn the best foreign experience in using ICT in Education and adapt it by taking into consideration culture, geographical and other regional features.
본 연구는 예비 교사로 하여금 맞춤형 수업을 실습할 수 있는 시스템을 설계, 개발, 실행하고 그 결과를 분석한 연구이다. 먼저 선행 연구 분석에 근거하여 맞춤형 수업의 기본 틀로서 첫째, ‘학습자 데이터 분석’ 단계, 둘째, ‘학습자 특성에 따른 맞춤형 학습 설계’ 단계, 셋째, ‘맞춤형 학습 퍼실리테이션’ 단계를 설정하였다. 맞춤형 수업 설계·실행 3단계를 바탕으로 범교과 주제 중심 학 습의 실습 맥락 하에서 실습 과제 및 활동을 구안하고, 가상의 학습자 데이터를 구축하였으며, 웹 기반 실습 메뉴와 시스템을 구현하였다. 실습 시스템의 효과성 검증을 위해 70명의 사범대 예비 교사를 대상으로 범교과 주제 중심 학습을 중심으로 한 맞춤형 수업 실습을 실행하였으며 설문과 성찰 노트를 양적, 질적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 본 실습 시스템의 효과성을 맞춤형 수업 설계· 실행을 위한 의사 결정 훈련의 측면과 의사 결정 지원 장치의 유용성 측면에서 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 예비 교사들이 학습자 개개인의 인지, 사회, 정서적 특성에 주목하고, 학습자 분석을 토대로 수업을 설계하며, 차별화된 처치를 제공하는 과정을 실습하면서 맞춤형 교육 또는 학습자 중심 교 육에 대해 재인식하게 되었다는 점에서 본 실습 시스템의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of training Program for return farm. In detail, this study evaluated the trainees' satisfaction, achievement, and effectiveness of the education. This Study polled 250 trainees who presented the Return farm training program. The results of analysis are as follows; First, the satisfaction and the reliability on the educational institutions of return farm was the highest. Second, Trainees' replied that their Agricultural Techniques was improved. Especially, 'business administrative ability, cultivation techniques & management ability, and agricultural machinery using ability were enhanced. Their self-confidence of return farm was increased. Third, the correlation of satisfaction, achievement and effectiveness of training program was statistically significant. The findings of this study will be used to plan of return farm education program.
