Air pollution inventories are aggregated around south-eastern part of the Korean Peninsular including Busan, Ulsan, and Changwon cities. Because densely populated cities are concentrated in this region, air pollutants emitted from one of these cities tend to be impacted on the air quality of other cities. In order to clarify the seasonal movement pattern of emitted particles, several numerical simulations using WRF/FLEXPART were carried out. Four cases were selected for each season. The Weather Research and Forecasting model (WRF) reproduced atmospheric flow fields with nested grids. The seasonal pattern of air mass of study area was determined by backward and forward trajectories. As a result, the air parcel moves from northwest to southeast due to northwesterly winds in spring and winter. Also air parcel transports from south to north in summer, and moves from west to east. Because the air mass moves differently in each season, these characteristics should be considered when performing air quality analysis.

영국의 The economist와 우리나라의 재해연보를 살펴보면 자연재해의 발생횟수가 비약적으로 많이 증가하였거나 감소하는 경향을 보이지는 않는다. 하지만 자연재해의 영향은 인간에게 여전히 큰 위협으로 다가오고 있으며, 자연재해가 미치는 피해와 영향은 점점 증가하고 있다. 게다가 우리나라는 좁은 국토에 다양한 기상현상이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 기상현상으로 인해 우리나라는 전국적이라기보다 지역별로 다양한 피해를 입고 있으며, 많은 피해액을 나타내고 있다. 그러므로 우리나라의 자연재해 분포 양상과 피해 현황 및 추세를 파악하여 각 지역별로 합당한 지역정책을 제시하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 2004년부터 2011년까지 최근 8년간 태풍, 호우, 대설사례를 대상으로 인명 피해 및 재산피해의 현황과 추세를 분석하였다. 또한 연도별 피해 분포지도를 제작하여 자연재해 사례별로 피해가 나타나는 지역을 구분하였다. 지역별 재해 피해 추세 및 분포 양상에 따른 지역 구분은 기상현상의 예측과 예방에 대하여 지역정책을 수립하기 위한 기초자료로서 유용하게 이용될 것이라 사료된다.

This paper proposes how to improve the performance of CSS-based indoor localization system. CSS based localization utilizes signal flight time between anchors and tag to estimate distance. From the distances, the 3-dimensional position is calculated through trilateration. However the error in distance caused from multi-path effect transfers to the position error especially in indoor environment. This paper handles a problem of reducing error in raw distance information. And, we propose the new localization method by pattern matching instead of the conventional localization method based on trilateration that is affected heavily on multi-path error. The pattern matching method estimates the position by using the fact that the measured data of near positions possesses a high similarity. In order to gain better performance of localization, we use EKF(Extended Kalman Filter) to fuse the result of CSS based localization and robot model.

유황 분석을 통해 산정된 갈수량, 저수량, 평수량, 풍수량은 수자원의 이용 및 관리에 있어서 매우 중요한 유량 지표이다. 하지만, 유황분석에 의해 유황에 따른 유량은 산정되어지고 있으나, 시설물 운영을 위한 유황에 따른 기간이 선정되어 있지 않기 때문에 실무자의 판단을 통해 유황 시기를 결정하여 보 및 댐의 운영이 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 낙동강에 위치한 달성보 지점에 대하여 subtractive 기반 K-mean 클러스터링 기법과 클러스터 검증지수를 통해 실제 유황이 가지는 패턴을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 3개의 유황 패턴이 나타나고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이에 따라서, 각 유황 패턴이 나타나는 기간을 분석하여 유황 패턴별 시기를 결정하였다.

최근 사회 기반 시설물에서 구조물의 안전성 및 적정 성능 수준을 확보하기 위하여 구조물의 결함 빛 노후화에 의한 성능 저하 등을 상시적으로 모니터링하기 위한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이 중 배관 구조물은 국가 주요 자원의 수송을 책임지는 핵심 사회 기반 시설물임에도 불구하고 지중에 매립된다는 위치적 특성 상 상시적으로 구조물의 상태를 모니터링하기는 매우 어렵다. 또한 배관 구조물에서는 내부 미세 균열에서부터 국부 좌굴, 볼트 풀림, 피로 균열 등과 같이 다양한 형태의 손상이 복합적으로 발생 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 복합 손상을 효율적으로 진단하기 위하여 압전센서를 이용한 자가 계측 회로 기반의 유도 초음파 계측 시스템을 복합 손상 진단에 적용하였다. 유도 초음파 자가 계측으로부터 특정 중심 주파수에 해당하는 구조물의 웨이블렛 응답을 계측한다. 복합 손상을 유형별로 분류하기 위하여 유도 초음파 계측으로부터 추출한 특성을 이용하여 손상지수를 계산하고 이를 지도학습 기반 패턴인식 기법에 적용한다. 제안된 기법의 적용성 검토를 위하여 배관 구조물에 인위적으로 다중 손상을 생성시켜 시험을 수행하였다.

최근, 게임의 재미요소를 증대 시키고, 게임 생명주기(Life-Cycle)를 늘어나게 하기 위해 다양한 방법이 연구 중이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 게임 행위를 수집/분석 하여 동적으로 변화하는 게임 환경을 제공하는 방법을 제안한다. 플레이어의 게임에서 이동한 정보와 게임 결과정보는 동적인 게임 지형 생성을 결정하는 기반 정보로 활용된다. 제안하는 방법의 실험을 위해 XNA기반의 게임을 만들었고 게임 플레이어의 패턴에 따라 동적으로 생성되는 게임 지형을 확인하였다.

It is necessary that the basic concept of rural planning update from economics based on the production and sale into experience of natural resources and traditional culture. For the purpose of set up development direction for rural district, it is requisite to the multivariate analysis. In this study, the methods of the classification of rural village with existing data are studied, the results looking for applying to the making of principal viewpoint of the development. The analysis methods of classification are used the PCA, CA and combination of these, and making the revised method for localization of the rural district. In this study, we implement classification of regional pattern analysis for the planning of rural district in Chungbuk province.

The environmental regulation violation of the Korean firms is causing severe environmental pollution lately. Nevertheless, there are few studies on the firm`s pattern of environmental regulation violation. In this paper, for the pattern of environmental regulation violation of the Korean firms, we give a type of statistical data analysis using the correspondence analysis. Therefore, with more effective control and inspection based on this, we have an effective and enforceable system decreasing the violative firms.
