        Recently the package design for agricultural product of farm stay is great interests for increasing the income of farmers and villages as it may fulfill the sensible needs of consumers who experience rural culture and farm stay. This paper presents the status of the package design for agricultural product of farm stay and proposed improvements to the package design as following; 1)to diversify the packaging capacity, 2)to develop the cultural products to applicate the traditional crafts technique, 3)to provide institutional strategies for presenting the identity of farm or village, 4)to develop the education program about package design. We sampled fifty pilot farms or villages, analyse the package design of them and questionnaire surveyed farmers and managers in order to find problems and suggest improvements.

        As getting into the 21st century, we can say it is ecological danger if there is a particular concern. Facing onto this very ecological danger, lots of effort are being made in various way to make sustainable development. In this study, under the theologic thought and the ecological fundamental notions, we are willing to plan the way of making up an ecovillage by the spirituality community. We are searching the way how we solve these problems in future by setting up the ecological spirituality community in each group's assumption, according to research from the people belonged to the organisation of Korean national christians' spirituality community and announcement and discussion about the subject called 'Finding Lost Garden'

        The purpose of this study was to explore the situations of farm stay and visit's perceptions in rural Korea. The data were collected by questionnaire and case study, and obtained from 104 visitors, 104 host farmers, 104 village people in twenty two rural villages from September 20, 2002 to November 21, 2002 and analyzed by SPSS WIN 10. The statistical method was crosstabulation and chi-square. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, the priorities of government policy for farm stay were to build the physical infrastructure such as village road and parking lot, to help farmers make relations with urban people, and to provide the learning opportunities for their business. Second, the main barriers for farm stay were the deficit for improving their facilities. And the income within their farm stay has been low at government policy village. Third, most of host farmers liked to make relations with their village people. The priorities of their relations were to improve natural and social environment of their villages, to develop the special brands, and to manage village tourism programs.
