        검거세미밤나방(Agrotis ipsilon)은 세계적으로 중요한 나비목 해충으로 유충이 토양 속에 서식하며 다양한 작물을 가해하기 때문에 생물검정에 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 검거세미밤나방에 대한 간이생물검정법을 이용해 배추를 가해하는 검거세미밤나방의 시판 살충제에 대한 감수성을 검정하였다. 시험결과, 토양혼화처리제 6종, 토양관주처리제로 8종이 90% 이상의 살충활성을 보였다.

        뽕나무깍지벌레는 장미과에 속하는 과수의 주요 해충이다. 뽕나무깍지벌레의 산란 및 부화특성과 복숭아 및 매실의 깍지벌레 방제용으로 등록된 살충제 10종(디노테퓨란 입상수화제, 벤퓨라카브 입상수화제. 피리플루퀴나존 입상수화제, 클로티아니딘 입상수용제, 뷰프로페진 수화제, 뷰프로페진+이미다클로프리드 액상수화제 , 뷰프로페진+에토펜프록스 입상수화제, 뷰프로페진+티아클로프리드 액상수화제, 벤퓨라카브+ 뷰프로페진 유제)의 살충제 감수성을 조사였다. 뽕나무깍지벌레의 1세대 부화시기와 부화율을 조사한 결과 5월 초에 가장 많이 발생해서 약 14일 정도 연속적으로 부화하였다. 부화율은 77.7% 였으며, 월동 암컷 성충 1개체의 평균 총 산란수는 58.7개, 평균 부화약충수는 45.7마리였다. 시험에 사용한 살충제 10종 모두에서 100%의 부화 약충 살충효과가 나타났으며 이는 약충 부화시기에 맞추어 약제를 살포하면 효과적으로 방제가 가능한 것을 시사한다.

        This study was conducted to monitoring the insecticidal susceptibility of Western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis,damaging the horticultural crops in Gyeonggi area. Neonicotinoid insecticides, especially acetamiprid SP, clothianidin SC,imidacloprid WP and thiacloprid WG were not toxic to F. occidentalis collected from horticultural crops. Excepting theinsecticide of spinosin or pyrrole class, there was a little class of insecticides for the effective control of F. occidentalisin horticultural crop areas. Considering all the results in this study, spinosin insecticides including over 4 and 10% ofspinetoram and spinosad, and pyrrole insecticide including over 5% of chlorfenapyr should be recommended for the effectivecontrol of F. occidentalis, damaging the horticultural crops in Gyeonggi area.

        The diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella (DBM) is a major pest of cruciferous vegetables. The insecticide resistance of this pest is very serious and has been reported in more than 600 cases. It is important to evaluate insecticide response to manage the resistant populations In this study, we investigated the insecticide susceptibility of local DBM strains collected from five major cabbage cultivation area in Korea to the ten commercial insecticides with leaf dipping method . As a result, the resistance ratio(R/R) of almost all the tested pesticides was 0.1∼3.3 (low resistant) and there was no differce within local regions. But dinotefuran showed middle resistance with regional differences (R/R , 5.9∼69.4) For the estimate the control effectiveness, we calculated the log value of the recommendation concentration divided by LC90 of pesticides. The result showed that the efficiency of neonicotinoids was generally low and that of emamectin benzoat every high. In conclusion, neonicotinoids was to use carefully and emamectin benzoate was very good alternative in DBM control in Korea
