        The fuel cost of fishing lights for squid jigging fishing vessels takes about 30% of total fishing costs and over 65% of total fuel costs, which indicates the necessity of development of cost-reducing and high efficient fishing light system. This study aimed to analyze the economic effectiveness of LED fishing light systems in combination with metal halide lamp for the squid jigging fishery. Analytical results showed that the level of fishing profits of vessels using LED lights could be different with those of vessels using metal halide lights. That is, when a fuel cost could be reduced by 30%, fishing profits of vessels using LED lights might be the same as those of vessels using metal halide lights, and fishing profits of vessels using LED lights could be higher than those of vessels using metal halide lights when a fuel cost could be reduced by 50%.

        광원에 따른 국화의 화아분화 억제 효과를 보기 위 하여 형광등과 LED로 암중단 장일처리를 하였다. 청색 LED광원에 의한 광중단 처리시 ‘백마’는 평균초장 이 약 20 cm 정도 신장되고, 평균 생육일수가 약 20.1일 정도 되었을 때 조기에 발뢰되어 화아분화가 억제되지 않았다. 광원에 따른 개화소요일수는 형광등 55.5-61.0일에 비하여 혼합 LED처리에서는 약 0.7-4.6 일, 적색 LED처리에서는 약 5.6-9.3일 개화소요일수가 감소하였다. 따라서 화아분화억제 효과는 형광등과 혼 합 LED처리가 가장 크며, 적색 LED처리에 의해서도 어느정도 화아분화 억제 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으 나, 청색 LED처리는 오히려 조기발뢰가 되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 형광등과 혼합 LED처리에 따른 절화장은 두 광원에서 우수하였으며, 통계적으로 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 절화중은 품종에 따라 다르게 나타났으며 ‘백 마’와 ‘핑크프라이드’는 형광등처리에 비하여 혼합 LED처리시 가장 무거웠으며, ‘신마’는 형광등에 비하여 가벼웠고, ‘일월’은 같은 경향을 보였다. 꽃목길이는 스 탠다드와 스프레이 국화 모두 적색 LED처리시 가장 짧았으며, 오히려 스프레이국화에서는 청색 LED처리 에서 긴 것으로 조사되었으며, 특히 ‘핑크프라이드’는 10.0 cm로 매우 길었다. 화아분화억제를 위해 36일간 4시간씩 심야에 조명한 전력소모량은 형광등 792.0 kw 에 비하여 혼합 LED에서는 234.7 kw로 70.4%가 절 감되었다.

        목적: 조도와 LED 조명의 색온도가 근거리 시작업 능력에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 방법: 안질환 및 안과 수술경력이 없고 양안시 이상이 없는 양안 교정시력 1.0 이상인 대학생 남녀 19명(23.05±2.25세)을 대상으로, 작업면 조도를 400lux와 700lux로 각각 고정시킨 상태에서 LED 조명의 색 온도 3,500K, 5,600K, 7,500K 총 3가지로 오류수정작업과 읽기작업을 통해 정확도 및 소요시간을 측정하였다. 결과: 오류수정작업 소요시간은 400 lux와 700 lux 모두 5,600K에서 가장 감소하였고, 정확도는 7,500K에서 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 모든 색온도에서 400 lux보다 700 lux에서 더 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 읽기작업의 소요시간은 400 lux와 700 lux 모두 7,500K에서 가장 빨랐다. 결론: 오류수정작업의 소요시간과 정확도는 조도와 색온도에 따라 변화하는 경향을 보였으나 유의하진 않았다. 하지만 읽기작업은 두 가지 조도 모두 7,500K에서 소요시간이 유의하게 줄어들었다. 따라서 근거리 시작업 능력향상을 위한 적절한 LED 조명의 색온도의 결정이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

        본 연구는 LED(light-emitting diode) 보광이 온실에서 키운 어린 고추의 생장과 식물성 화학물질(phytochemical) 함량에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 처리한 LED광원은 청색광(470nm), 적색광 (660nm), 청색 + 적색광, 근적색광(740nm), 그리고 자외선(UV-B 300nm)이며. 실험기간 중의 이들 광원의 Photon flux는 각각 49, 16, 40, 5.0, 그리고 0.82μmol m-2s-1이었다. LED 광은 낮 동안 16시간이며 UV-B 는 일몰 후 10분간 발아 후 12일간 매일 처리되었다. 실험 결과, 광처리는 무처리에 비하여 고추의 생장과 식물성 화학물질(phytochemical) 함량에 상당한 변화를 보였다. 적색광 처리는 고추의 엽수, 마디수, 엽폭과 생체중을 각각 약 34%, 27%, 50%와 40% 증가되었다. 청색광 처리도 엽장을 약 13% 증가시켰고, 근적색광 처리에 의해 경장과 절간장을 각각 17%와 34% 정도 증가시켰다. 파종 15일에 수확한 고추 잎의 총 안토시아닌(anthocyanin)과 엽록소(chlorophyll) 함량은 청색광 처리에서 무처리에 비해 각각 6배와 2배가 증가하였다. 적색광은 총 페놀성화합물(phenolic compound) 함량을 최소 2배로 증가시켰으며, 반면에 근적색광은 아스코르빅 산(ascorbic acid)과 항산화능(antioxidant activity)을 각각 31%와 66%를 감소시켰다.

        주위의 빛을 감지하는 CDS 광센서가 포함된 LED 백라이트 시스템을 이용하여 주위조명이 밝을 때는 꺼지고 어두울 때 켜지는 빛 감지형 액자를 개발하였다. LED 백라티으 회로를 삽입할 수 있도록 액자 내부에 충분한 공간을 두었으며 액자의 테두리는 LED 백라이트의 조명외 불필요한 사이드 빛을 가릴 수 있도록 액자를 제작하였다. LED 백라이트 시스템의 경우, 이상적인 경우 밝을 때는 0의 저항값을 가지고 어두울 때는 무한대의 저항값을 가지는 특성을 갖고 있는 CDS 광센서를 고속 스위칭 트랜지스터 베이스 단자에 연결하여 on / off 동작을 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 직렬 및 병렬로 3×3의 배열로 연결된 9개의 LED들은 3개의 anodesms 전원에, 3개의 cathode는 트랜지스터의 컬렉터에 연결하여 on시에는 cathode가 접지와 연결되어 LED가 동작하였고, off시에는 floating상태가 LED가 동작하지 않았다. 밝은 조명하에서는 센서에 의해 LED 백라이트가 동작하지 않았고 어두울 때는 정상적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

        This study made a comparative analysis of behavioral reaction of squid to red (624nm), green (524nm), blue (460nm) & white LED light, its arrival time for the shadow section by making the shadow section in the central section of a water tank just like the bottom part of a squid jigging vessel, and on-site catching efficiency of LED fishing lamp with control fishing vessel. The color LED light showing the highest squidgathering rate as against the shadow section was found to be blue LED light with 39.3% rate under the dark (0.05lx) condition. Under the brighter condition than 0.05lx, white LED light was found to have the highest gathering rate of 41.5%. In addition, it was found that squid gathering rate was high at the shadow section which showed 6.3-fold brightness difference between the shadow section and bright section. As for the arrival time for the shadow section, blue LED light was found to be the fastest in attracting squids in 192.7 seconds under the dark condition while the red LED light was the fastest in luring squids in 164.6 seconds under the bright condition. The ratio of the squid-jigging operation and sailing in fuel consumption of the fishing vessel loaded with LED fishing lamp is about 7 to 1, showing most of the fuel is consumed more in sailing than in squid-jigging operation. As for a catch of squid, the control vessel loaded with MH (Metal Halide) fishing lamp had more catch of 600-7,080 squids than the vessel loaded with LED fishing lamp having a catch of 260-1,700 squids. In addition, even in the comparison of a catch per automatic jigging machine, the catch of the vessel loaded with MH fishing lamp excelled that of the vessel loaded with LED fishing lamp in 6 operations of squid jigging out of 9 operations. The ratio of hand-jigging and automatic jigging machine (one line) in the LED fishing lamp vessel was 1:1.1 excepting the case of having a catch only using an automatic jigging machine, showing almost the same with each other in catches, while in case of a MH fishing lamp vessel, its ratio against hand-jigging was 1 to 5.8, showing hand-jigging excelled in catches.

        This study examines the effects of lightemitting diode (LED) light and temperature on lettuce growth. For plant growth, we used an LED bar composed of red, white and blue LEDs (4:1:2). Six types of cultivation equipment were used to measure the temperature. To compare their effects, the heights of the lettuces and the water temperatures were measured. The results demonstrated that the lettuce growth was optimal at 25ºC.

        Ultraviolet (UV) light emitting diodes (LEDs) were grown on a patterned n-type GaN substrate (PNS) with 200 nm silicon-di-oxide (SiO2) nano pattern diameter to improve the light output efficiency of the diodes. Wet etched self assembled indium tin oxide (ITO) nano clusters serve as a dry etching mask for converting the SiO2 layer grown on the n-GaN template into SiO2 nano patterns by inductively coupled plasma etching. PNS is obtained by n-GaN regrowth on the SiO2 nano patterns and UV-LEDs were fabricated using PNS as a template. Two UV-LEDs, a reference LED without PNS and a 200 nm PNS UV-LEDs were fabricated. Scanning Electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Photoluminescence (PL) and Light output intensity- Input current- Voltage (L-I-V) characteristics were used to evaluate the ITO-SiO2 nanopattern surface morphology, threading dislocation propagation, PNS crystalline property, PNS optical property and UVLED device performance respectively. The light out put intensity was enhanced by 1.6times@100mA for the LED grown on PNS compared to the reference LED with out PNS.

        We aim to elucidate suitable color of light during development of fruit body in Pleurotus eryngii. The four color of LED(Light Emitting Diode), blue LED(475nm), green LED(525nm), yellowed LED(590nm), and red LED(660nm), were irradiated for formation of fruit body after mycelia growth. First, as effect of color of LED at all growth stage, the morphological properties of fruit body in fluorescent lamp and blue LED irradiation were showed thicker and longer pileus than those in other color LED irradiation. The commercial yields in blue and green LED treatment were similar to control(Fluorescent lamp). Second, as effect of color of LED by light irradiation time, we could obtain the highest commercial yields at the green LED continuous radiation, 1/1 and 1/2(lighting/lighting-out, hours). And we could obtain the highest number of available stipes and biological efficiency at the 1/1(lighting/lighting-out, hours). The ergosterol was the highest under the green LED continuous radiation.

        This study examined the effects of red light generated from a light emitting diode (LED) upon proliferation and mitochondrial stress in human gingival fibroblasts (hGFs). Cells were exposed to LED-generated red light at a clinically relevant intensity and distance with a 610-630 nm wavelength for various times (0-48 min). At different exposure times, cells were processed for the analysis of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activity, proliferation, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and cytotoxicity. Cell cycle progression was also investigated by flow cytometry after staining with propidium iodide. Red light exposure was found to inhibit SDH activity and DNA synthesis in hGFs in a time-dependent manner. Light exposure also reduced the MMP levels in these cells and this was closely associated with a G0/G1 arrest. In contrast, exposure of hGFs to red light for 48 min led to a dramatic loss of MMP with an attendant increase in cytotoxicity. These findings demonstrate that LED-generated red light may cause mitochondrial stress and growth inhibition in hGFs during tooth whitening therapy, depending on the length of the exposure.

        본 실험은 미성숙 즉 미착색과의 착색 증진을 위해 LED광원의 적색광, 청색광 그리고 UVa를 각각 두 가지 광도로 처리하여 처리에 따른 착색정도를 비교하였다. 실험에 사용한 착색단고추 품종은 적색 계통의 'Special'과 황색 계통의 'Helsinki'으로 춘천 근교 농가에서 수경재배 하였다. LED의 경우 RedHigh는 50μmol·m-2·s-1 내외, RedLow는 20μmol·m-2·s-1 내외, BlueHigh는 70μmol·m-2·s-1 내외, BlueLow는 40μmol·m-2·s-1 내외, UVa의 경우 고광도는 3μmol·m-2·s-1, 저광도는 0.25μmol·m-2·s-1로 처리하였다. 품종에 상관없이 처리 2일 후에 과실의 착색이 급격히 진행되었고 3일째에 처리별로 큰 차이를 보였다. 'Special'의 경우 2일째 고광도 UVa광이 제일 급격한 착색 변화를 나타내었고, 저광도 UVa를 제외한 나머지 처리구에서는 비슷한 착색의 변화을 나타내었다. 처리 3일째에는 고광도 LED 적색광이 급격한 착색변화를 나타내며 고광도 UVa광보다 높은 착색 값을 나타내었다. 'Helsinki' 경우에는 2일째에 청색광, 적색광, UVa의 순으로 착색 변화가 빠르게 진행되었다. 두 품종 모두 3일째에는 'Special'의 a*/b* 값과 황색품종 'Helsinki'의 착색 정도를 나타내는 b* 값이 모두 저광도보다 고광도에서 높은 값을 나타내며 착색 증진 효과를 나타내었다. 착색종료일인 처리후 6일째 두품종 모두 무처리구와 저광도 UVa광을 제외한 나머지 모든 처리구에서는 비슷한 값을 나타내었다. UVa 처리구 과실의 표면이 주글거리는 피해를 발생하였다. 이상의 결과로 저광도보다는 고광도의 LED 광원을 사용하는 것이 착색이 빠르게 진행될 수 있도록 도우며, UVa 파장은 과실의 외관에 피해를 입히기 때문에 적합하지 않게 생각된다.

        To study the behavioral reaction of common squid Todarodes pacificus, to different colors of LED light, individual distribution in the dark condition without LED light stimuli, individual distribution when four colors of light stimuli were at the sections of end and middle of water tank and the changes of gathering rates as the elapse of illuminating time were examined. When it was dark, the distribution of the fish in each section of the tank was U-shape regardless of the investigating time intervals, which means that Todarodes pacificus gathered at the both ends of the tank. The individual distribution when light stimuli were at the one end of the tank showed the tendency of gathering at the illuminated section and decreasing at the opposite section. There were 448 of them at the end of the tank when the light was blue, 352 when white, 302 when green and 132 when red. Thus the fish liked blue light the most, followed by white light. The variations of gathering rate at the both ends of tank as illuminating time elapsed showed the tendency of increasing at the light section (A section), however, it showed the tendency of decreasing at the darkest section (F section). The individual distribution showed the tendency of letter Λ of gathering at the center and decreasing at the both ends mostly when the light stimuli were at the middle section of tank. The gathering rates at the lighting section were 80.4% when red, 76.4% when white, 69.6% when green and 56.7% when blue. The fishes showed the affinity for the red light mostly, followed by the white light source. The red light and blue light showed the opposite when the light stimuli were at the one end of water tank. The variations of gathering rates as the elapse of time at the lighted section showed the tendency of gradual increasing in the four light sources. The color of light source showing the highest gathering rate within 25-30 minutes of light stimuli was the white, followed by the red.

        Squid jigging fishery is very important in that there are about 1,000 jigging vessels more than 10 tonnage and about 5,000 ones less than 10 tonnage in Korea. But the cost of oil which is used to light fishing lamps, goes significantly up to almost one hundred million won for 50 tonnage vessels and forty million won in case of vessels less than 10 tonnage. This cost has almost taken 40% of total fishing costs. That is, the fishing business condition of squid jigging fishery is recently in the very difficult situation. As oil price increases, the business condition of the fishery gets worse and worse. Therefore it is very urgent to develop an economical fishing lamp, to solve this problem of fishery's business difficulty. This research aims at developing a fishing lamp for squid jigging fishery using the light emitting diode which has very excellent efficiency and durability. We made a water tank with 20 meters width which is a shape of raceway to research behavioral characteristics of Japanese flying squid to LED light, and made an experiment to investigate optimum wave of LED light to lure squid. The method is to establish LED lamps on both ends of water tank and to observe squid's behavior. Colors and wave lengths of LED lamps, used in experiment, are red(634nm), yellow(596nm), green(523nm), blue(454nm) and white(454nm+560nm). In experiment for attractive capability of LED lamp to squids, Japanese flying squid are highly attracted to blue lamp and white lamp. However, they are dispersed to red and yellow lamps. In addition, Japanese flying squid have moved and stayed in both dark ends of water tank. When compared intermittent lamp with continuous lamp, Japanese flying squid are highly attracted to intermittent lamp when intermittent interval is 0.25 second.

        브로콜리의 새싹 발아와 생리활성에 효과적인 영향을 미치는 LED 광질 종류를 구명하기 위해 청색, 녹색, 적색, 백색, 황색, 적색+청색광을 조광 14시간, 암조건 10시간, 온도는 주간 25, 야간 18로 조절하여 종자 발아와 새싹을 생장을 시켰다. 생리활성 조사는 새싹을 메탄올로 추출한 것을 이용하여 실시하였다. 종자 발아율은 광의 종류에 관계없이 3일 만에 100%의 발아율을 나타냈다. 파종 후 8일째의 신선중은 청색광처리구에서 0.389g/10plants로 가장 높았다. 총페놀화합물 함량은 백색광 처리구에서 83.0mg·L-1으로, 총플라보노이드 함량은 청색광 처리구에서 72,6mg·L-1로 가장 많았다. 전자공여능은 추출물 2,000mg·L-1일 때 백색광 처리구에서 93.5%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 아질산염 소거능은 추출물이 500mg·L-1일 때 황색광 처리구에서 66.9%로 가장 높게 나타났다 Tyrosinase 저해 활성은 추출물이 2,000mg·L-1일 때 적색광 처리구에서 14.5%로 가장 높게 나타났다.

        Low energy photon irradiation by light in the far red to near infrared spectral range(630~1000nm) using low energy lasers or light emitting diode arrays has been found to modulate various biological processes in cell culture and animal models. The purpose of this study was to examine the light emitting diode irradiation effect on activity of normal human osteoblast on titanium plate in vitro by various energy density, and to observe morphologic change of NHost on titanium plate and to analysis concentration of Ca++, IP and ALP. NHost were cultured in DMEM containing 10% FBS, and observed by inverted microscope for attatchment to the surface of titanium plate. Ca++, I.P., and alkaline phosphatase( ALP) concentration in medium was calculated during 4 weeks, which was treated with Wilcoxon rank, Anova test and linear regression. Morphologic changes showed LED produced in vitro increases of cell growth of 144~256% in NHost. During a culture period, Ca++ concentration was decreased. LED treatment(>3J/cm2) stimulate calcium consumption in NHost. Statistically, a significant difference was not found between LED power density. LED treated group(>3J/cm2) had higher total inorganic phosphate concentrations than control group in NHost. Statistically, a significant difference was not found between LED power density. No significant changes were observed between ALP acitivity and LED treatment. In spite of LED power density, there were rapid growth rate of NHost and no significant of Ca++, IP and P concentration but these concentration showed predominant change than that of control.

        LEDs have been shown to be a safe, efficient, light-weight, and less-expensive alternative to heal wound. LED irradiation at the same biostimulatory wavelength of previous laser studies have similar biochemical effects The purpose of present study is to evaluate the effects of wound healing by LED irradiation. Thirty 34-day-old sprague dawley were used for present study. 1.5mm diameter defected holes were formed in both ear lobes of rat by rubber dam punch. 635nm and 890nm irradiation was performed by LED for 2 weeks, followed by histologíc examination staíned with H&E and Masson trichrome. Also, RT-PCR was carried out to find out the mRNA expression level in gingival fjbroblast irradiated by 635nm for 1 hour. In gross exarnination, wound healing was observed in irradiated group comparing to control For microscopic exarnination, repair by connective tissues was filled in defects of irradiated group, while dense cellular bands consisting of fjbroblasts and capi llaries were found at the end of defect in control By staining of masson trichrome, amount of collagens were found in irradiated group. In a result of RT-PCR, mRNA expressions of TGF- ß , MMP-1,3 and Timp-3 were down-regulated in irradiated group comparing with their expression in control group. Taken together, LED irradiation increase the prolifeation and the activity of fibroblasts and down-regualted the TGF-ß , MMP- 1,3 and Timp- 3 mRNA, followed by activation of would healing.

        This study was conducted to examine the influence of Light-Emitting Diode (LED) light quality in urban agricultural plant factories on the growth and development of Seolhyang strawberry daughter plants in order to improve the efficiency of daughter plant growth and urban agriculture. LED light quality by demonstrated that above-ground growth and development were greatest for daughter plant 2. Daughter plant 1 showed the next highest growth and development, followed by daughter plant 3. Among the different qualities of LED light, the stem was thickest and growth rate of leaves was highest for R + B III (LED quality: red 660 nm + blue 450 nm/photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD): 241–243 μmol·m-2·s-1) and lowest for R (red 660 nm/115–117 μ mol·m-2·s-1). Plant height, leaf width, petiole length, and the leaf growth rate were highest for W (white fluorescent lamp/241–243 μ mol·m-2·s-1) and lowest for R + B Ⅰ (red 660 nm + blue 450 nm/80–82 μ㏖·m-2·s-1). For above-ground growth and development, as the plants surpassed the seedling age, mixed light (red + blue), rather than monochromatic light (red or blue), and higher PPFD values tended to increase development. Regarding the quality of the LED light, daughter plant 2 showed the highest chlorophyll content, followed by daughter plant 1, and daughter plant 3 showed the least chlorophyll content. When the wavelength was monochromatic, chlorophyll content increased, compared to that when PPFD values were increased. Mixed light vitality was highest in daughter plant 2, followed by 1, and 3, showed increased photosynthesis when PPFD values were high with mixed light, in contrast to the results observed for chlorophyll content.

        Background : This study was conducted to select a optimal combination of LED light sources for stable production of sprout ginseng used as vegetables throughout the year. Methods and Results : The treatments to select the optimum LED light source for the production of functional sprout ginseng were ①Blue40%: Green40%: Red40% (B40 + G12 + R20 umol·m-2S-1), ②B50: G25: R10 (B50 + G8 + R5 umol·m-2S-1), ③B50: G20: R40 (B50 + G6 + R20 umol·m-2S-1), ④B35: G20: R35 (B35 + G6 + R18 umol·m-2S-1), ⑤B20: G0: R40 (B20 + R20 umol·m-2S-1), ⑥control (a general fluorescent lamp for plant cultivation, FL40W, PG, 35.0 umol). The ginseng seedlings used in the test were subject to preconditioning process for one week after the cold treatment at 4℃ for at least three months. The root media were composed of porous artificial soil 40% + peat moss 30% + perlite 20% + Vomito (brand name)10%. We planted 35 seedlings (planting density 5 × 7 ㎝) in a 480 × 380 × 295 ㎜ plastic box. The two liters of water were irrigated per a plastic box when water potential reached -33 kPa using a tensimeter. The cultivation room was maintained at 25℃ with 45% of the relative humidity, and 16 hours of lighting for growing conditions. The growing period was 40 to 60 days after planting. The results were as follows; the treatment of LED B50%: G25%: R10% (B50 + G8 + R5 umol·m-2S-1) increased the diameter of the sprout ginseng by 10.3% (4.95 → 5.46 ㎜), root weight 27.3% (1.1 → 1.4 g), fresh weight 38.9% (1.8 → 2.5 g) in comparison with the control. The contents of ginsenoside such as Re, Rg2, Rc, Rb2, and Rd increased 24.2% (24.8 → 30.8 ㎎/g). Conclusion : The optimal light source for sprout ginseng was LED B50%: G25%: R10% (B50 + G8 + R5 umol·m-2S-1), which increased sprout production by 38.9% in comparison with the control.

        Buckwheat sprouts are a vegetable; a functional food should provide health benefit and enhance performance as high nutritionally important substances. Buckwheat noodles are the major buckwheat food in Japan, Korea and China. In addition, Buckwheat as preventive medicine has undergone a great advancement in the last decade. Comparison of the functional properties distribution and utilization in tatary buckwheat is required of understanding the metabolites. The study was conducted to identify the sorts of phenolic compounds and metabolites in tatary buckwheat seedling at 4, 7, and 10 days seedling under the different combinations of lightemitting diode (LED) such as blue, red, mix (red, blue, and white), dark, and natural lights in stem and leaves. After breaking the dormancy, buckwheat seeds were grown in culture room under lights for 14 hrs and the dark condition for 10 hrs, at 25ºC for 10 days. Length of buckwheat was gradually increased under all of the conditions. Using HPLC, rutin was highest at 7 days under mix and natural light in stem and leaf, respectively. Quercetin was highest at 4 and 7 days under natural light in both. Chlorogenic acid was highest at 7 days under mix and natural in stem and leaf, respectively. Taken Together, this study indicates that phenolic compounds and metabolites present in those plants could be helpful for the human health and nutritional additive.
