본 연구에서는 ABC(Activity-Based Costing),활동기준원가를 설명하고, 한 업체를 대상으로 Cost structure를 파악하여, (ABC=based objective function value)를 최대화 하는 값을 찾아 이익을 최대화 시켜 기업가치를 향상시키고자 모형을 설계한다. 이를 위해 변수를 결정하고, 제약을 설정하게 된다. 이를 통해 수학적 모형을 완성 시뮬레이션을 통한 이익을 최대화 시키는 활동원가의 활동들을 규명한다.

공급망 경제를 통한 국가경쟁력 강화방안 및 국가를 구성하는 지방자치단체 발전모델을 검토하고 국가경영관리라는 관점에서 각 지자제 단위단체들의 발전모델과 핵심역량을 강화하는 방안을 찾고자 한다. 동북아의 황금허브로 부각되는 대한민국의 핵심역량을 강화하여 최고의 역량(best competency)을 전 국토에 확대하고자 한다. 공급과 수요에 대한 장기전망을 고려하여 공급망 경제의 국가발전을 위한 핵심경영 관리지표를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 통해 지방자치단체 및 발전적인 국가 경영관리 모델 및 방향을 통해 국가경영전략을 제시하고자 한다.

The significant attention has been given to implementing a performance measurement system as one of the key enablers for supply chain integration. And yet, there is little guidance to practitioners as to how to develop the system. We propose a design framework for a performance measurement system (PMS) that supports effective supply chain integration among partners, along with the discussion of critical issues in the PMS design framework. To design of Modularity by the grouping supplier, the proposed method is to develop the most appropriate production system models through the reflection of JIT system in the Supply Chain Management which is necessity of the times and its importance. The objects of this study is to develop the most appropriate production system Model and optimal profit model in the process line and to provide the enterprises with the models which are based on the Supply Chain Management.

This study presents a way for the successful implementation of GSCP(Global Supply Chain Planning) system in global extended enterprise. We identify the CSFs(Critical Success Factors) for the implementation of GSCP system from the results of implementation in two Korean manufacturing companies. Four CSFs are as follows : supply chain strategy and road-map for implementation, organizational characteristics and change management, IT(Information Technology) Infrastructure and standardization, performance measurement and assessment. The outcome of this study would help firms considering the implementation of GSCP system and developing the supply chain strategy.

Therefore, in this study, we try to suggest the model of consolidated logistics system that is ISCM with suggesting the better way of logistics through SCM and comparative analysis with logistics system in advanced countries to resolve the difficulties numbers of companies face after realizing what SCM is in Korea.

The main objective of this research is to develop a model to select the optimal input service level for a distribution center-multi branch inventory distribution system. With the continuous review policy, the distribution center places an order for specific order quantity to an outside supplier, and the order quantity is replenished after a certain lead time Also, each branch places an order for particular order quantity to the distribution center to satisfy the customer demands, and receives the replenishment after a lead time. When an out of stock condition occurs during an order cycle, a backorder is placed to the upper level to fill the unfilled demands. With these situation, variable demand and variable lead time are used for better industrial practice. Further, actual lead times with a generic lead time distribution are used in developing the control model. Under the actual lead time model, the customer service measures actually attained for the distribution center and each branch are explained as the effective customer service measures. Thus, throughout the optimal control (using computer search procedures), we can select the optimal input service levels for the distribution center and each branch to attain the effective service levels for each branch which is consistent with the goal level of service for each branch. At the same time, the entire distribution system keeps minimum inventories.
