본 연구는 겸재 정선의 쌍도정도에 표현된 지당에 대한 고찰로서 쌍도정지 그림을 실경의 관점에서 조명하여 문헌 및 고지도 분석과 해석과 현장조사 및 향토사가들의 인터뷰 결과를 바탕으로, 현장과 그림 속 실경을 비교하고자 하였다.또한 쌍도정지의 위치 및 입지장소성을 확인함으로써 쌍도방지의 복원의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.쌍도정지는 전통정원 유적의 현장을 비교적 정확히 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그 공간 자체가 매우 유서 깊은공간이었음을 비추어 볼 때, 발굴을 통한 원형복원의 당위성과 기대가 가일층 간절해진다. 본 연구를 통해서 해결하지는못했지만 1)쌍도정도에 표현된 역학적 도해와 2)쌍도정지의 조영자로 본 고산 윤선도 그리고 겸재 정선과의 관련성은추후 학제적 접근으로 풀어나가야 할 전통조경적 과제로 되새겨야 할 것이다. 본 연구를 계기로 겸재의 쌍도정도에나타난 쌍도정지의 복원은 물론 오늘날 성주군 조선후기 관아정원의 모습 및 전통경관적 산수시스템 등 전통경관의원형복원 및 회복 논의가 활발히 이루어지기를 바란다.
For the Location and characteristics in Ssang-Do-Jeong-Ji of Kyemjae Jeong Seon, this study was aimed at comparing the field in the picture with a real field by carrying out field research, analysis of ancient maps, interview with local historians and literature research. In addition, identifying the location and location characteristics of Ssang-Do-Jeong-Ji may provide the basic data of restoring Ssang-Do-Jeong-Ji. As Ssang-Do-Jeong-Ji has the remains of a traditional garden that can be precisely identified, and the place itself has a history, the necessity and expectation of restoring its original shape are desperate. Our study suggests further studies on 1) the theoretical and explanatory diagram drawn in Ssang-Do-Jeong-Do, and 2) the relationship between Gosan Yoon Sun-Do, the creator of Ssang-Do-Jeong-Ji, and Kyemjae Jeong Seon. We hope that this study would be a chance to restore Ssang-Do-Jeong-Ji in Ssang-Do-Jeong-Do of Kyemgjae, and further the discussion on the restoration of traditional landscapes like the garden of the Sungju-gun governmental office in the late Choseon period and the traditional landscaping system.
