본 연구는 리더십코칭 연구를 위한 기초를 제공할 목적으로, 조직의 리더십코칭을 주제로 발표된 석․박사 학위논문 및 학술지 논문들의 연구경향을 분석하였다. 분석은 연도별․연구형태별․연구주제별․종속 변인별 연구 경향으로 살펴보았다. 연도별 연구 결과 총 41편 중 2005년도 이후의 논문이 34편으로 다수를 차지했다. 둘째, 연구형태별 연구경향은 학위논문이 27편으로 65.85%로서 주를 이루었다. 셋째, 연구대상별 연구경향으로 문헌연구가 24.39%, 조직의 구성원을 대상으로 하는 연구가 29.28%, 조직의 리더와 책임자를 대상으로 하는 연구가 31.70%였다. 넷째, 연구주제별 연구경향은 관리자의 코칭능력․코칭요인․리더로서의 코칭행동․조직에서의 코칭인식 등이 41.46%, 리더십향상․리더십교육 등의 코칭리더십이 36.58%,조직관련 연구가 12.29%, 프로그램관련 연구가 9.76%였다. 다섯째, 종속변인별 연구경향은 종속변인이 있는 경우가 31편으로서 67.39%, 없는 경우가 31.61%였다. 세부적 변인별로는 조직몰입․조직유효성․집단응집력․직무성과․직무만족도․리더십향상 등으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 조직의 리더십코칭 연구들을 연구의 분석틀에 따라 분석함으로서 조직의 리더십코칭에 관한 이해를 돕고 조직의 리더십코칭연구의 기초자료를 제시하였다는 의의를 가진다.
The purpose of this study was proffer a base for study of leadership coaching. Data wasncollected by master's thesis, doctorial thesis, scientific essay. The results of this articlenwere as follows. First, there were 34 thesis after the 2005, It means, the study of leadershipncoaching was researched, mainly. Second, the tendency of form class was thesis for andegree. Third, the tendency of subject of literature on leadership coaching was 24.39%,nworkers was 29.28%, and leader of organization was 31.70%. Fourth, The theme wasncoaching ability of leader, coaching factor, coaching acts were 41.46%, coaching leadershipnlike a improvement of leadership, leadership education were 36.58%, program research wasn9.76%. Fifth, there was 67.39% on dependancy factor, it was 31.61% on no dependancynfactor. The implication of These result is offer a base for field of leadership coaching.
