        Maintaining the permanence of a company in the current rapidly changing business environment is not an easy task. Rather, the lifespan of a company can be said to be gradually decreasing. As such, the author of this paper, which describes the current market environment, is the sales organization of a large company. While leading the company, I thought about how to overcome the rapidly changing market and create an organization that continues to grow. As a result, I succeeded in creating an organization that continued to grow over the past two years, and the main activity of this result was the use of sales computer. It was clear that it was an information sharing activity. This can be said to be a result of proving that a series of activities to create and share information is important for the sales organization of ICT companies to actively respond to the rapidly changing market environment. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the relationship between knowledge management and business performance in the sales field of ICT companies, which has not been covered so far. Knowledge management is a four-stage activity from a process perspective, divided into knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization. did. As a result of the study, first, knowledge management activities, such as knowledge creation and knowledge storage, were found to have a significant impact on financial performance. Second, knowledge management activities such as knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization were all found to have an impact on non-financial performance. In the end, this study confirmed that efforts to turn tacit knowledge into knowledge in order to respond to the ever-changing ICT market are ultimately an important factor in growing a company.

        The 4th Industrial Revolution and the continuous development of Science and Technology have also required a speedy business promotion method in the defense industry. Advanced countries including the United States are already boldly innovating the existing high-cost and long-term acquisition system with the highest priority in weapons development to cope with the military rise of Russia and China. The Ministry of National Defense and the Defense Acquisition Program Administration have also recently introduced a quick acquisition system and are applying it to business promotion. In addition, some small-scale projects and weapons systems are being reorganized so that they can be managed by the units demanding them. After an organizational diagnosis of the Project Acquisition Group by the Ministry of National Defense in 2020, it has been reassigned as a subordinate unit of the Army Logistics Command from a direct unit managed by the Army HQ. As a result, problems such as work conflict or redundancy have been identified. In addition, a system has been implemented to shorten the acquisition period by applying a rapid acquisition program in the field of weapons systems by benchmarking the rapid acquisition program of advanced countries. The force support system project process will also need to introduce such a quick acquisition system. In addition, the Ministry of National Defense is considering ways to delegate some weapon systems to each military, which will then carry out tasks ranging from requirements determination to project management. Accordingly, it is now time to expand the organization for the management of the Army's weapons system acquisition project. Therefore, in this paper, the Army Project Acquisition Group was analyzed on its organization, acquisition procedures, and cooperation systems, with presentations of development plans for each field.

        최근의 코로나-19 펜더믹과 이로 인한 양적완화, 그리고 이어지는 인플레이션으로 인한 금리인상은 조직의 경영환경에 큰 불확실성을 초래하고 있다. 이렇게 큰 불확실성 속에서도 조직은 생존과 번영을 위해 인적자원관리 관행에 있어 큰 노력을 기울이고 있는데, 구성원의 조직시민행동이 조직의 성과와 큰 관련이 있다는 점에서 역할 외 행동을 증진하기 위한 학계와 실무적 노력이 더욱 더해지는 실정이다. 이 런 맥락에서 많은 연구자들이 조직시민행동에 영향을 주는 바람직한 리더십 유형을 제안 및 실증하는 노력을 해 왔다. 그리고 다수의 연구에서 효과성이 검증된 윤리적 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 을 살핀 국내 연구는 아직 많지 않다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계점을 보완하기 위해 다음의 세 가지 목적을 가지고 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 윤리적 리더십과 조직시민행동 두 변수 간의 관계를 실증적으로 확인함 으로써 조직시민행동을 증진시키는 리더십 유형의 하나로 윤리적 리더십의 가치를 제시하고자 한다. 둘 째, 윤리적 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에서 친사회적 동기의 매개효과를 검정함으로써 두 변 수 사이에 나타나는 메커니즘에 대해 설명력을 높이고자 한다. 셋째, 윤리적 리더십이 친사회적 동기에 미치는 영향, 아울러 친사회적 동기를 매개로 조직시민행동에 미치는 효과를 상사-조직 가치일치가 어떻 게 조절하는지 확인함으로써 윤리적 리더십 효과를 극대화하기 위해 필요한 조건을 알아보고자 한다. 가 설 검증을 위한 설문조사는 군 조직의 간부를 대상으로 이루어 졌으며, 위계적 다중 회귀분석과 Process macro 분석을 통한 실증 검증을 하였다. 분석 결과 윤리적 리더십은 조직시민행동에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 두 변수간의 관계를 친사회적 동기가 매개하는 것으로 확인 되었다. 또한 윤리적 리더십과 친사 회적 동기의 관계는 상사-조직 가치일치 정도가 높을 때만 정(+)적인 효과가 유의미하게 나타났고, 조절 된 매개효과 역시 상사-조직 가치일치 정도가 높을 때만 간접효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 조 직시민행동을 증가시키는 데 있어 윤리적 리더십이 중요한 역할을 한다는 점을 실증하였으며, 친사회적 동기의 매개역할과 상사-조직 가치일치의 조절기능을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 윤리적 리더십과 조직시민 행동 두 변수간의 관계에 있어 이해의 폭을 확대하는 이론적 기여와 함께 조직시민행동 증진을 위한 리더 십 역량 교육프로그램 개발 등의 실무적 교훈을 제시한다.

        In compliance with the amended export control of strategic items and technology in Jan. 2014, KAERI should pay attention to the export control of ITT (Intangible Technology Transfer). To control an ITT (Intangible Technologies Transfer) effectively and efficiently, the Korean government encourages the R&D institute and universities obtaining the ICP (Internal Compliance Program) from the relevant authority, MOTIE. This means that the exporters can control the ITT by themselves, because the exporters know very well the counterparts of the trading and the exporting items and technologies. In fact, ICP is for export control of dual-use items and technology in Korea. However, KAERI has tried to obtain a license from the authority, MOTIE. In an effort to do so, KAERI completed enacting a new internal self–regulation for export controls in 2016, and proceeded to apply for an ‘AA’ license of ICP in 2017 and obtained the ICP license in 2018 and re-obtained the license in 2021 from the MOTIE. In light of KAERI’s case, to obtain the ‘AA’ license of ICP is one of the best methods to increase the ability of export controls. As of now, there is no R&D institutes sponsored by the Korean government to obtain the ‘AA’ license of ICP except KAERI. KAERI can provide the actual methods as a standard case to the R&D institutes in Korea for obtaining an ‘AA’ license of ICP. According to the internal regulation of KAERI for export control, KAERI implemented an inner self-audit for export control in Nov. 2022. This is the first real self-audit for export control at KAERI. The main purpose of the self-audit is to check the transfer management of ITT and the relationship of relevant office through the interview of the staffs in the ICP organization. KAERI self-audit planed specifically and implemented for the achievement of the basic principal of selfaudit. The specific contents of this self-audit is as follows - The interview of the relevant offices: physical protection office, manpower planning office, manpower management office, nuclear education and training center, technology transfer office and international cooperation office, nuclear control and management office - Building the self-audit checklist considering the characteristics of each office - The confirmation of the inner procedure and the status of management on the export controls Through the interview of the relevant office, KAERI checked the inner procedure and the status of management on the export controls and tried to provide the supplementary measures of each relevant offices. The followings are the main results of the inner self-audit implemented in Nov. 2022. - Generally, the staffs know the meaning and relevant regulation such as foreigner’s management and the intangible technology transfer - Each office reflects the necessities of export controls on the relevant regulation and procedures and make DB for the proper duty. However, there is no indication for export controls on the DB - In the case of foreigner’s temporary visit for simple work and site tour, there is a difficult situation not to be able to check all the visitors by checking the denial lists - If necessary, KAERI may build the TFT (Task force Team) for the efficiency of export controls - Others

        본 연구의 목적은 긍정조직 구축을 위한 강점기반 코칭프로그램을 개발하여 콜센터 조직의 긍정성을 높이는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰, 콜센터 상담사의 조직에 대한 긍정성 인식 및 요구 도 조사를 기반으로 프로그램의 시안을 개발하였고, 전문가의 적절성 및 예비연 구를 통해 프로그램의 최종안을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 프로그램은 긍 정적인 조직이 형성되는 요인인 긍정정서 확장, 긍정정서 탐구, 긍정정서 활용, 긍정적 관계형성을 위한 활동으로 14회기로 구성하였다. 교육내용은 긍정조직 구축을 지원할 수 있도록 강의, 강점진단, 코칭실습 등 다양한 방법들을 도입하 고, 경청, 질문, 인정과 피드백 등의 코칭기술을 세부 내용에 맞게 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 긍정조직 구축을 위한 코칭프로그램은 긍정심리 강점을 활용한 프로그램 내용과 방법의 기초연구로서, 코칭스킬과 코칭대화 모델을 접 목한 코칭프로그램을 개발하여 긍정조직 구축을 위한 조직 구성원의 역량을 강 화시켰다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

        본 연구는 교육서비스 기업 경영자의 교육리더십이 조직의 학습조직화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 그 관계에서 조직 구성원의 자기효능감을 매개효과를 검토하는 것을 연구 목적으로 하였다. 이를 통해 교육서비스 기업의 개인적·조직적 주요 변인을 검증하여 교육적 조직으로서의 교육서비스 기업의 실제적 시사점을 도출하고 지속 가능한 성장 동력 확보 의 토대가 될 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이상의 연구목적 달성을 위해 교육서비스 기업 임직원을 연구대상으로 설 정하여 온라인 설문을 실시하여, 총 409부의 설문지를 회수하였으며, SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 수행된 연구를 통해 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스 기업 경영자의 교육리더십이 조직의 학습조직화 에 정(+)적 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 교육서비스 기업 경영자의 교육리더십이 조직 구성원의 자기효능감에 정(+)적 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 교육서비스 기업 조직 구성원의 자기효능감이 조직의 학습조직화에 정(+) 적 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 교육서비스 기업 경영자의 교육리더십과 조직의 학습조직화의 관계에서 조직 구성원 자기효능감의 매개효과가 나타나는 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 교육리더십, 학습조직화, 자기효능감 등 교 육서비스 기업의 개인 및 조직 변인 관계를 확인하고 연구결과를 기반으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

        This study was conducted to calculate the damage of Italian ryegrass (IRG) by abnormal climate using machine learning and present the damage through the map. The IRG data collected 1,384. The climate data was collected from the Korea Meteorological Administration Meteorological data open portal.The machine learning model called xDeepFM was used to detect IRG damage. The damage was calculated using climate data from the Automated Synoptic Observing System (95 sites) by machine learning. The calculation of damage was the difference between the Dry matter yield (DMY)normal and DMYabnormal. The normal climate was set as the 40-year of climate data according to the year of IRG data (1986~2020). The level of abnormal climate was set as a multiple of the standard deviation applying the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) standard. The DMYnormal was ranged from 5,678 to 15,188 kg/ha. The damage of IRG differed according to region and level of abnormal climate with abnormal temperature, precipitation, and wind speed from -1,380 to 1,176, -3 to 2,465, and -830 to 962 kg/ha, respectively. The maximum damage was 1,176 kg/ha when the abnormal temperature was -2 level (+1.04℃), 2,465 kg/ha when the abnormal precipitation was all level and 962 kg/ha when the abnormal wind speed was -2 level (+1.60 ㎧). The damage calculated through the WMO method was presented as an map using QGIS. There was some blank area because there was no climate data. In order to calculate the damage of blank area, it would be possible to use the automatic weather system (AWS), which provides data from more sites than the automated synoptic observing system (ASOS).

        최근 수십 년 동안, 데이터는 기업 조직 경영의 핵심 요소로 부상하였다. 많은 조직들이 데이터를 활용 하여 전략적인 의사결정을 내리고 시장 변화에 적극적으로 대응하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 데이터 기반 의사결정 조직 운영과 그에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 한다. 상시적 디지털 전환이 일어나고 있는 현대에 데이터 중심 의사결정은 조직의 성과 향상에 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러나 데 이터 기반 의사결정 조직에 영향을 미치는 선행 요인과 실제로 기업 내에서 데이터 기반 의사결정이 어떻게 일어나는지에 대한 연구는 아직 많이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기업의 밸류체인 디지털화 정도가 데이터 기반 의사결정 조직 구축에 중요한 영향을 미칠 것임을 가설로 설정하고, 이를 국내 기업 임직원 1,059명을 대상으로 한 설문응답 데이터로 검증하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 데이터 분석 능력을 포함한 디지 털 역량을 갖춘 인재가 데이터 중심 의사결정 조직에 중요한 환경적 요건으로 작용할 수 있음을 고려하 여, 기업의 밸류체인 디지털화와 데이터 중심 의사결정 조직 구축 간의 관계에 디지털 인재 준비도가 미 치는 조절효과를 가설로 설정하고 통계적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 데이터 중심 의사결정 조직 형성과 운영에 대한 이해를 넓히고 기업 조직이 데이터를 효과적으로 활용하여 의사결정을 내리는 과정 에 대한 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있다. 실무적 측면에서는 기업들이 자신의 데이터 전략을 개발하고 구현하는 데 중요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        The interest in the study of organizations’ ambidexterity (i.e., the capacity of combining organizational explorative and exploitative capabilities) entails expectations associated to its conceptual value and practical implications related to high-performing companies and long-term survival. In parallel, it is relevant to understand organizational ambidexterity under the marketing lenses, in particular, looking at the notion of co-creation and service-dominant logic. This study addresses the effects of organizational ambidexterity on organizational co-creation and evaluates whether these dynamics are different in SMEs and Large companies. We further assess how they contribute to the enhancement of firms’ performance. To the endeavor, we develop and empirically test a conceptual model.

        A secure digital platform (SDP) can provide B2B marketers with confidence to use communications technology (CT) and engage in information sharing that facilitates resource utilization. Interlinked digital platforms constitute the company’s ecosystem and barriers in the form of a lack of skills and knowledge in relation to governance and compliance can be overcome through organizational intervention that is external to an individual’s capability of control. A framework for an SDP was developed by utilizing network theory and data were collected via an online survey and analysed (n=207) using SEM, AMOS. Organizational intervention through an SDP can help B2B marketers to increase the organization’s resource capability through improved interaction. It can also help individuals to become pro-actively compliant and be less at risk from various threats (e.g., fake news) as the organization provides a safer digital environment.

        In the recent era of the fourth industrial revolution, many industries aim to maximize the efficiency of products and services by introducing cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. In this situation, organizational culture is changing a lot due to the influx of the MZ generation with strong individualistic tendencies and the decreased face-to-face communication between members. However, active communication with colleagues is still essential to maximize performance, and the margins created by simplifying work processes and automating processes must be used for creating work performance. This requires cooperation and commitment through the job immersion of members who have an active attitude. This study analyzed how the organization's autonomous work environment and trust among members, which are creative work performance conditions, affect job immersion using raw data from the Occupational Safety and Health Research Institute. As a result, it was found that both the organization's autonomous working environment and trust among members significantly effected the members' job immersion. in order to achieve productivity and value improvement in companies, efforts are needed to increase workers' job immersion by building an autonomous working environment and trust among members. The results of this study are expected to contribute significantly to the search for ways to increase workers’ job commitment to improve organizational productivity.

        Background: In general, measurement qualities of cross-culturally adapted quality of life (QOL) measures are altered in many aspects, although versions of them are well-validated measures. The latent trait and measurement qualities of the QOL measures for cancer-related samples should be considered when developing cross-culturally adapted measures. Objects: To investigate the latent trait of the translated into Korean World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) administered to different cancer survivors who had palliative rehabilitation care service (PRCS). Methods: A cross-sectional study with 139 cancer survivors who had an experience of cancer survivorship with PRCS were conducted with a two-step analytic procedure including exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to confirm the latent trait and Rasch rating scale modeling to investigate the measurement qualities of the cross-culturally adapted WHOQOL-BREF measure. Results: While the original WHOQOL-BREF measure constitutes a 4-latent trait, the EFA reveals that 24 items constitute six substantial factors. The item loadings are predominantly spread over factors 1 through 4 in a mixed manner of the latent traits, while the loadings of ‘physical health’ and ‘environmental health’ latent traits show similarity to what the original measure intended to assess. The latent trait of the cross-culturally adapted WHOQOL-BREF measure administered to different cancer survivors is likely to reveal more dimensions than the original WHOQOL-BREF measure. Person reliability (i.e., analogous to Cronbach’s alpha) and separation are measured with 0.92 and 3.48, respectively. All items except the one item (medical treatment item) fit the Rasch rating model. Conclusion: Findings suggest that the latent trait and the measurement qualities of the cross-culturally adapted WHOQOL-BREF measure should be taken into consideration when applying versions of it to various populations.

        During the global health emergency, like the COVID-19 pandemic, people attend to organizations dedicated to international well-being. This paper aims to identify the construction of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) multiple identities attested in four identity processes: indexicality, local-occasioning, positioning, and dialogism. Identifying the organization’s identities can foster identity processes and help to understand the relationality of identities. Qualitative data from the WHO director-general’s media remarks on COVID-19 were collected and analyzed using a corpus analysis tool, AntConc. The tool allowed an investigation of word frequency, sentence structure patterns, and the use of keywords in sentences. This analysis revealed that the WHO has negotiated and presented several identities in COVID-19 situations. The results suggest that although factors such as audience and situations affect identity change, these negotiated identities are still coherent with the organization’s original identity.

        Surface contaminants may attach to surfaces or objects in the radiation controlled area to cause radiation exposure, or spread out to the general environment by person and object exiting the radiation workplace. Accordingly, in radiological safety control, surface contamination monitoring is one of the important factors in workplace monitoring. When obtaining the measurement results for the monitoring, the results are accompanied by uncertainty since measurements contain numerous errors. Accordingly, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has published the ISO 7503 series which is comprehensive and detailed guidelines on the measurement and evaluation of surface contamination. ISO 7503-3 especially presents a mathematical model for the contamination measurement and provide calculation guidelines on measurement uncertainty evaluation, decision threshold and detection limit. This paper is focused on reevaluating and comparing the surface contamination monitoring method applied to radiation safety management practice and its results based on the measurement and evaluation method set by the International Organization for Standardization. The evaluation was performed in accordance with ISO 7503, and the current reporting method for measurement results was compared with the method recommended in ISO 11929 publication.

        When we think about an idea of United Nations Tolerance Program UNTP, it is important for us to share memory with world citizens that we had 2314 veterans from 11 countries in the Busan U.N. Forces Cemetery since January of 1951. Recently, we had 13 veterans, who got buried coming from 4 Americans, 3 Hollanders, 2 Frenchmen, 2 Germans, 2 Englishmen, 1 Canadian and 1 headband after they died in their countries. (Joongang daily newspaper June 19, 2022). "I believe that creating a fifth office of the UNTP in Republic of Korea (Seoul, Busan, Kyunggi or Jeju Island), as a twin organization of the UNEP in Nairobi, Kenya, would provide a geopolitical balance to the international organization and a useful base for peace island studies in the conflict laden region of East Asia. Establishing this office in S. Korea(Seoul, Busan, Kyunggi or Jeju Island), with its unique geographical location as a hub for peace talks and environmental negotiations between Russia, North Korea, Japan, China, and Taiwan, would contribute to peace and development in the region." (Yates. 2022).

        To assist farmers in shifting from subsistence to commercial agriculture, the government of Laos has promoted farmer organizations throughout the country. The farmer production groups have gradually transformed and emerged into strong cooperatives or associations. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors affecting farmers’ participation in FPGs. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources. A total of 140 respondents participated in a field survey in three kumb ban (village groups) in the Xepon District. Descriptive statistics and binary logistics regression models were used to analyze the data. The results show that the education level of household head, farmland size, access to credit, and perceived trust for farmer production group membership are significantly different from those who are non-members of the groups. However, non-members of FPGs face more constrain in accessing the market, as compared to the members of FPGs. The empirical results from the Binary Logit Model indicate that education level of headed household, farmland size, access to credit, perceived trust, and constraint to market are factors that significantly determine farmers’ participation in FPGs. This study contributes to the empirical literature by providing a better understanding of farmer participation in the groups. The government of Laos should consider and promote access to credit, farmer learning, and market integration to improve farmers' participation in FPGs.

        In the historical city center where overall development has not been made, it is not difficult to observe the asp ect of the urban change process over time accumulated. Seochon(西村), which collectively refers to 13 legal dong s in the west of Gyeongbokgung Palace, is also considered a representative historical village with high value as a historical and cultural cityscape because of historical context remains throughout the lot. Therefore, research ex amining the process of changing parcels in this area is useful for a more three-dimensional understanding of the presence of several layers of time. In this study, relationship between the opening time of each road, the river co ver process, and the current building establishment process is examined using maps after the pre-modern period and modern era. In addition, to examine the specific change process of individual lots using the old land register, building management ledger and cadastral map.

        비인격적인 상사는 조직을 괴롭히고 직원들의 웰빙에 영향을 주는 심각하고 점점 더 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 이 연구는 비인격적인 상사가 인도네시아의 조직적 맥락에서 반생산적인 과업행동에 미치는 영향 에 대한 개요를 제공했다. 본 연구는 직원들의 감정적 고갈의 매개 효과와 상호 작용 정의의 조절 효과를 조사함으로써 비인격적인 상사에 대한 연구를 확대한다. 인도네시아 기업의 120명 응답자의 자료에 대한 회귀 분석 결과, 비인격적인 상사가 역효과를 내는 업무행태와 긍정적인 상관관계가 있으며, 직원들의 감 정적 고갈이 비인격적인 상사와 반생산적인 과업행동의 관계에 매개 효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌 다. 또한 본 연구는 상호 작용적인 정의가 비인격적인 상사와 직원들의 감정적 고갈 사이의 관계에 조절 영향을 미친다는 것을 발견했다. 상호 작용적 정의의 조절 효과가 상호 작용적 정의가 높았을 때 비인격 적인 상사와 감정적 고갈 사이의 더 강한 관계가 존재한다는 것과 같은 예기치 못한 패턴을 보인 것은 놀라운 일이다. 이러한 조사 결과는 , 비인격적인 상사, 직원들의 감정적 고갈 그리고 반생산적인 과업행 동 사이의 관계가 더 강하기 때문에 비인격적인 상사를 피하는 것이 더 심각하게 여겨져야 한다는 것을 보여주었다.

        This study attempted to reinterpret the meaning of the Roh MooHyun Jeju-Declaration in accordance with the age of artificial intelligence based on the liberal theory. In the era of artificial intelligence, a new aspect of the U.S.-China hegemonic competition was considered. The Roh MooHyun Declaration, which declared Jeju Island a peaceful island, was reinterpreted from three points of view of liberal theory.
