공공공간을 인클루시브하게 조성하는 것은 유기적인 도시발전을 촉진시키는데 중요한 의미가 있다. 인클루시브 디자인(Inclusive Design)은 모든 사람들에게 적용되는 제품 혹은 환경 디자인이다. 개방공간의 인클루시브 디자인은 모든 사람들이 공간을 사용하는 보편성에 관점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 행위추적과 장소관찰, 현장기록, 사진수집의 방법으로 대전의 3개 근린공원을 현장 조사하였고 행태궤적도, 행태추적, 장소관찰, 군중활동관찰의 방법으로 비교·분석하였다. 공원의 아동과 고령자 단체의 레저수요, 행위, 활동과 장소의 상호적인 영향을 연구한 결과 한국 3개 공원의 잔디구역, 아동오락 구역, 신체단련 구역, 정자 구역, 임지, 구장 구역, 광장 진입구역 등 7개의 서로 다른 구역에 대해 아동 구역 흡인력 지수는 각각 0.98, 5.13, 0.43, 0.73, 0.16, 0.90, 1.68이고 고령자 구역 흡인력 지수는 각각 0.86, 0.35, 1.08, 0.78, 0.95, 0.81, 1.48로 나타났다. 한국 근린공원은 인클루시브 디자인에서 특히 아동, 고령자들의 사용을 위한 요구 사항, 접근성, 다양한 활동 시설, 주민들의 근린공원 설계 및 개선 참여도에서 여전히 격차가 존재하고 있다. 앞으로 도시 오픈스페이스 디자인과 건설에 모든 사람을 위한 인클루시브 디자인을 도입해야할 것이다. 이는 도시 지역사회의 공공공간 품질을 제고하고 주민생활품질과 건강수준을 제고하며 사회 공평을 촉진시키는데 중요한 의미가 있다.
It is important to design an inclusive urban open space for promoting social harmony. The inclusive design is able to adapt to all products and environmental design. The inclusive design for open space concerns the universal use of spaces for all. In this paper, field surveys of three neighborhood parks in western Daejeon were conducted by behavior tracking, workplace observation, field notes, photographs and other methods of collecting field, the data of mapping using behavior, behavior tracking, places to observe, the crowd observed activities were analyzed. By analyzing the population of children and the elderly for leisure needs, behaviors, activities and places, the results showed that three parks could be divided into seven different regions, lawn area, children's play area, fitness area, pavilion area, woodland, stadium area, and park plaza area. The regional children's attraction index was 0.98, 5.13, 0.43, 0.73, 0.16, 0.90, 1.68, respectively. The regional elderly attraction index was 0.86, 0.35, 1.08, 0.78, 0.95, 0.81, 1.48, respectively. For the inclusive design for neighborhood parks in Korea, there are still large gaps in many areas, particularly in the use of the needs of children and the elderly, accessibility and diversity of sports facilities, residents participate in the design and alterations of neighborhood parks. Recommended future design and construction of urban open space should be introduced with an inclusive philosophy and design for all. This improve the quality of public space in urban communities, improving quality of life and health of the residents, and promotion a fair social significance.
