본 연구의 목적은 조선 시대 사상가이며 대학자인 남명의 인간관계를 분석하여 유아기 대인관계교육의 내용 및 방법을 고찰하는 데 있다. 연구 결과 남명의 인간관계는 역할과 도리를 다하는 인간관계, 상대방을 존중하는 인간관계, 마음과 행동을 중시하는 인간관계를 실천한 것으로 분석되어졌다. 남명의 인간관계 실천이 유아기 대인관계교육에 주는 시사점은 덕의 함양과 근본을 갖춘 지식, 그리고 사회ᆞ교육적 가치의 강조이며, 이를 생활에서 실천화하는 방법을 강조한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of the study was to provide on the implications of interpersonal education for young children by reviewing Nammyung’s human relations. The practice from Nammyung’s human relations were analyzed as follows; fulfills its roles and duties relationships, relations to the other party with respect, valuing relationships in mind and action. The implications for early childhood education are as follows: It can be provided to combine knowledge with virtue, social, educational values and emphasis on the practice in interpersonal education based on Nammyung’s human relations.
