자주초롱꽃, 기린초, 동자꽃, 용머리 등 4종의 자생화에 일장 8시간 12시간, 16시간과 자연일장을 처리하여 일장처리에 따른 생육 및 개화반응을 살펴 본 결과 자주초롱꽃은 단일조건일수록 초장이 적었으며 개화는 단일보다는 장일조건이 약 10일 빨랐고 화수도 많았다. 기린초는 일장 8시간과 12시간에서 초장이 짧고 분지가 많이 생겼으며 분지가 로젯트화 되어 짧게 붙어 있고 개화가 되지 않았으며 장일조건과 자연일장에서는 각각 7월 23일과 8월 5일에 개화되었다. 동자꽃 역시 단일조건에서는 초장이 짧고 화수가 적었으나 장일조건으로 갈수록 초장이 길고 화수가 많았다. 용머리 또한 단일조건에서는 초장이 짧고 화수가 적었으나 장일조건으로 갈수록 초장이 길고 분지수와 화경수가 많았다.

It was short for plant height more short-day than long-day on Campanula punctata, but was fast some 10days for flowering and many flower more long-day than short-day condition. Sedum kamtschaticum was short for plant height and many branches on short-day condition of 8 and 12 hours and wasn't flowering, and showed rosette phenomenon. Lychnis cognata was short for plant height and not many flower on short-day condition, but was long for plant height and many flower on more long-day condition. Dracocephalum argunense was short for plant height and not many flower on short-day condition, but was long for plant height, many branch and flower stalk on more long-day condition.
