안질환야 없으며 각막굴절교정술을 왼하여 서울 소재 종합병원 안파를 방문한 20- 55세(평균 27.따4 :t 7.06세)의 근시성 굴절이상자 74명 (113안)올 대상으로 굴절이상도와 각막형상올 각각 측정하여 측정값의 상호 연관성올 분석하였다. 자각식 굴젤점사로 얻 은 전체 근시군의 둥가구면 굴절이상도는 평균 -6.175 :t 2.306 D(-2.ooD--12.375 D), 각막의 수평경선과 수직경션의 평균 굴절력은 43.814 :t 1.237 D(40.75-46.125 D), 명균 이심률은 0.466 :t 0.377( -0.454-0‘987) 이었으며， 굴절이상도와 각막꿀절력 (r == 0.049, p =: O.많쟁) 및 굴절이상도와 이심률 (r = -0.078, p = O.앓5) 사이에 상관성올 발견활 수 없었다. 높은 근시군 (62안)과 낮은 근사군 (51 안)으로 나누어서 비교 분석한 결과， 높은 근시 군의 평균 굴절이상도는 -7.835 :t 1.661 D, 각딱굴절력은 43.752 :t 1.170 D, 이섬훌온 O.때6 :t 0.341 이었다. 또한， 굴절이상도와 각막굴절력 사이에 상관관계는 상관성이 없었 으나 (r = 0.002, p = 0.987) 굴절이상도와 각막의 이심률 사이에는 10% 유의수준에서 낮 은 상관성이 있었다 (r =: -0.226, p = 0.078). 낮은 근시군의 평균 굴절이상도는 -4.157 :t O.뺑7D， 각막굴절력은 43.890 :t 1.320 D, 이심률은 0.441 :t 0.419 이었으며， 굴절이상도와 각막굴절력 (r =: 0.064, p =: O.닮6) 및 굴젤이상도와 각막의 이심률 (r =: 0.223, p =: 0.116) 사 이에서 모두 상관성이 없었다. 높은 근시군과 낮은 근샤군 사이에서 굴절이상도논 3.578D 정도의 유의한 차이가 있었으나(t =: -13.912, p = O.이)())， 각막굴절력 (t =: 0.587, p =0.닮8) 과 이 섬 률 (t = -0.639, p = 0.524)윤 유의 한 차이 가 없었다.
In order to analyse correlations between refractive eπor and comeal shape, The measurements of subjective refraction, autokeratometry and orbscan toρography system were undertaken. The sample included 113 healthy eyes of subjects aged 20 to 55(27.044 :t 7.06 years of mean age) who wanted to undergo surgery. The mean values of the equivalent refractive error, equivalent comeal power, and eccentricity for total subjects were -6.175 :t 2.306D(-2.oo D--12.375 D), 43.814 :t 1.237 D(40.75-46.125 D) and 0뼈6 :t 0.377( -0.454-0.987), respectively. The results showed that there were no correlations between the refractive power and the comeal power(r = 0.049, p = 0.558) as well as the refractive power and the eccentricity( r = -0.078, p = O.경5). For the purpose of det밍led analysis, the subjects were divided into two groups which differed by -6.00 D. The mean values of the equivalent refractive eπor， equivalent comeal power, and eccentricity for higher myopic group(62 eyes) were -7.835 :t 1.661 D, 43.752 :t 1.170 D and 0.486 :t 0.341, res야ctively and -4.157 :t 0.987 D, 43.890 :t 1.320 D and 0.441 :t 0.419, respectively for lower myopic group(51 eyes). The refractive eπor showed the difference of 3.15D between two groups(t = -13.912, p = 0.000), however, the comeal power(t = 0‘587, p = O.558)and eccentricity( t = -0.639, p = 0.524) did not show differences significantly between two groups. The results for higher group showed that there were no correlations between refractive power and corneal power(r = 0.002, p = 0.987). However, there were lower correlations between the refractive power and the eccentricity(r = 0.226, p = 0.078). The results for lower myopic group showed that there were no correlations between refractive power and corneal power(r = 0.064, p = 0.656) as well as between the refractive power and the eccentricity(r = 0.223, p = sO.116).
