The purpose of this study is to develop an automatic inspection system for a part of the differential drive gear into the transmission. his technology will make using the Micro Vision automatic test equipment and automatic test equipment microlaser. Which you want to create a zero defect rate in the total inspection process step the product and the operator inadvertently. The equipment developed in this research project will be applied to many areas. Packaging companies, nut bolt processing company, precisely supplier for printing on top of the semiconductor, SMT, etc. The company wants to sell the vision inspection equipment for various applications. When you realize zero defect rate through this technology to secure stable orders from the parent company, it is also possible product reliability in addition to the foundation based on export opportunities. If you want to apply an automatic inspection system for domestic auto parts manufacturing company in the country is to believed to be reliable car also rise significantly.
