가일배법(加一倍法)의 원리인 이진법 수리체계로 ‘무극(0)-태극(1)-음양(2)-사 상(4)-팔괘(8)’라는 괘의 생성원리를 도식화한 그림이 복희팔괘차서도이다. 복희팔괘차서도를 형성한 가일배법의 원리에 의해 괘효(卦爻)에 라이프니츠의 이진법 수리를 적용하면 괘를 이루는 각각의 효(爻)는 위치에 따라 저마다 다른 크기의 수(數)를 갖게 된다. 효가 수리(數理)를 갖게 되면 추상적 논리와 현 학적 언변이 아닌 수의 크기에 따른 사실에 근거한 논리적인 해석을 기할 수 있는 장점을 얻게 된다. 본 논고는 효위(爻位)에 따라 서로 작용력이 다르다는 점에 착안하여 이진법 수리를 적용함으로써 사시순환의 원리를 표상한 12벽 괘(辟卦)에 수를 배정하고, 이를 12地支에 활용하였다. 또한 사시순환에 따른 인간의 생장염장(生長斂藏)의 이치를 담은 12運星에 수리가 적용된 12벽괘를 활용하여 각 단계마다 기세(氣勢)의 크기를 정함으로써 보다 과학적이고 논리 적인 해석이 가능하도록 하였다. 문자의 뜻에 구속되어 추상적인 통변(通辯)으로 흐를 수 있는 역(易)의 해석에 괘상의 수리화 모형을 활용한다면 보다 정확한 간명(看命)이 가능할 것이라 판단된다.
BokhuiPalgwido(伏羲八卦圖) is a picture of the creation principle of the eight trigrams(八卦), which is called mugeuk(無極,0) - taegeuk(太極,1) - yinyang 陰陽,2) - four forms(四象,4)-eight trigrams(八卦,8) using a binary system. By the principle of the Gailbae method(加一倍法), if Leibniz's binary numbers is applied to the gwaehyo(hexagram,卦爻), the Hyo(爻) will have a different number of sizes depending on the location. If Hyo(爻) has a mathematical theory, it will have the advantage of logical interpretation based on facts based on the size of the number, not abstract logic and pedantic rhetoric. Based on the fact that the effects of this thesis are different depending on a location of Hyo(爻), the number was allocated to 12byeokgwae(12碧卦), which represents the principle of the four season circulation, and it was utilized in the 12jiji(12地 支). In addition, 12byeokgwae(12碧卦) with the number applied to 12yunseong 12運星) containing the reason of ‘birth-growth - onverging-storage(生長斂藏)’ were used to determine the size of the vigor at each stage, enabling more scientific and logical interpretation. If the mathematical model of hexagrams is used for the interpretation of the I Ching, which is bound to the meaning of the letters and can flow into abstract interpretation, it is judged that more accurate interpret of fate is possible.
