본 연구의 목적은 리더들이 효과적으로 조직의 목표를 달성하기 위한 리더십 코칭의 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 리더십코칭의 기본 개념과 척도의 구성요인 및 예비문항의 구성은 선행연구 및 문헌조사를 실시하였으며 KPC 이상의 인증자 격을 갖추고 활동하는 전문 코치와 리더 역할을 수행하는 22인을 대상으로 초점 집단면담(FGI)을 진행하였다. 이를 통해 구성된 예비문항으로 조직의 리더, 코 칭학과 교수, 코칭 전문가 5인에게 1차 내용 타당도를 검증하여 6개 영역, 150문 항을 구성하였다. 그리고 2차 내용 타당도 검증을 통해 6개 구성요인 98개 최종 문항을 도출하였고, 리더 257명의 설문 자료를 활용하여 구성요인의 개념 타당 성을 검증하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 하였다. 연구결과 모형적합도 및 집중타당성과 판별 타당성이 확인되었고, 리더십코 칭 척도의 구성요인은 윤리실천(6문항), 성찰 마인드(5문항), 피드백(5문항), 관 계형성(6문항), 의사소통(4문항), 목표달성(7문항)으로 6개 구성요인과 33문항으 로 구성되었다. 이를 통해 리더십코칭 척도를 확정하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develop scale questions of leadership coaching for organizational leaders to effectively achieve organizational goals. To this end, the basic concept of leadership coaching is clearly defined, and the constituent factors are examined. Prior research and literature research were conducted on the basic concept of leadership coaching, the constituent factors of the scale, and the composition of preliminary questions, and focus group interviews (FGI) were conducted with coaching experts who are currently employed in government institutions, companies, and organizations that have certification qualifications of KPC or higher. With the preliminary questions, six areas and 150 questions were constructed by verifying the first content validity with five executives, coaching department professors, and coaching experts who are leaders of the organization. The final 149 questions were derived through the second validity verification by five executives, managers, and coaching experts who are leaders of the organization. To confirm the scale factors and question composition of the derived 149 questions, a factor analysis was conducted with 100 data points from Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Gyeongsang, Jeolla, and other regional leaders. 98 questions derived from 6 factors were extracted through exploratory factor analysis. A confirmatory factor analysis was conducted with the extracted questions to examine the model fit, and concentrated validity and discriminant validity were secured. As a result of the study, the components of the leadership coaching scale required for organizational leaders were ethics, reflectivity, growth, relationship formation, communication, competency development.
