The paper first inspected the Meiji translation words of the two countries in the spread of the situation, then analysis the Meiji words translation in the two countries accept condition. Point out that the Meiji translation words so natural to east Asian countries, making the "language of modernization" rapid development. Western culture through the Meiji translation words, permeated east Asia. Therefore, the author thinks that “translation is culture disseminator”.
