꽃차로 이용하는 식물 중 약효가 기록된 식물 67종을 선별하여 식물체가 가진 약성을 오장 중심 으로 기능을 분류하여 귀경을 알아보고자 수행하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 꽃차의 귀경을 오장 으로 나누고 중복 귀경을 허용하여 심(心) 24종, 간(肝) 31종, 비(脾) 20종, 폐(肺) 27종, 신(腎) 9종 이었다. 성질은 따뜻하다 20종, 서늘하다 7종, 평하다 19종, 차다 21종이었다. 맛은 한가지 맛을 가진 꽃차 중 단맛 6종, 쓴맛 10종, 매운맛 13종, 짠맛·떫은맛 각각 1종이었으며, 2가지 이상의 복합적인 맛을 가진 꽃차는 36종으로 단맛을 포함한 꽃차 21종, 쓴맛을 포함 14종, 매운맛을 포함 29종, 신맛 을 포함 9종, 짠맛을 포함 4종, 떫은맛 포함 5종이었다. 독성이 있는 꽃은 7종이었으며, 나머지 61종 의 꽃차는 독성이 없어 대부분 사람이 음용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 꽃차는 각각 인체에 작용하 는 고유의 성미를 가지고 있으므로 일상에서 기호 음료로 상시 음용할 때는 마시는 사람의 건강 상 태에 따라 선택하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Among the flower teas with one taste, there were 6 sweet, 10 bitter, 13 spicy, 36 salty and bitter, 36 flower teas with 2 or more complex flavors, 21 flower teas including sweet, 14 including bitter, 29 including spicy, 9 including sour, 4 including salty, and 5 including bitter. There were 7 types of poisonous flowers, and the remaining 61 types of flower tea are not toxic, so it is believed that most people can drink it. Since each flower tea has its own characteristics that work on the human body, it is expected that it will be helpful to choose according to the health condition of the drinker when drinking it at all times as a favorite drink in daily life.
