In the revision of the genus Stenoloba Staudinger, 1892, which distributed mostly in the Oriental region(South-East Asia) and partially in Manchurian subregion of the Palaearctic region, 47 species including 25 new species and three new subspecies are recognized. In the first pat of this revision, 21 species with descriptions of 10 new species and two new subspecies are reviewed, with illustrations of 42 genitalia and 29 colour photos of adults. One species, Stenoloba albiangulata (Mell, 1943), comb. nov. is newly combined and transferred to this genus. The 2nd part will include 26 species, with descriptions of 15 new species.

잎말이나방과에 속하는 무늬 잎말이나방족의 3종 <Ac1eris paradiseana Walsingham 산마가목잎말이나 방(신청), Ac1eris caerulescens (Walsingham) 굴피나무잎말이나방(신칭), Trophocosta cyanoxantha (Meyrick) 꼬마점무늬잎말이나방(신칭)>을 우리나라에서 처음으로 보고하며, 이들의 분류학적 특징을 간략히 재기재하고, 채집된 성충 및 암.수 생식기를 도해하였다. 이 중 Trophocosta속은 우리나라에서 처음으로 기록되는 속이다.

한국산 긴머리개미반날개속에 대한 문류학적 검토를 수행하였다. 본 연구 결과 한국산 긴머리개미반날개속은 미기록종인 Ochethphilum pectorale(Sharp)(홍딱지긴머리개미반날개)(신칭)를 포함하여 3종으로 정리하였다.

한국산 Podabrus속은 Heyden(1887)이 P. heydeni Kiesenwetter를 처음으로 보고한 후, 현재까지 총 9종이 기록되었지만, 5종이 오동정으로 확인되었으며, 3신종, P. jirisanensis n. sp., P. fragiliformis n.sp., P. circumangulatus n. sp.을 발견, 기재하였다. 분포가 의심스러운 P. nigriventris Fischer는 본 논문에서 재확인하지 못하였다. 또한 Cantharinae아과에 속하는 속과 Podabrus속에 속하는 종에 대한 검색표와 채집지 및 해부현미경 사진을 수록하였다.

한국산 화장뭉툭맵시벌속의 분류학적 검토 결과 C.(C.) pilosa Cameron, C. (C.) nipponensis Uchida, C.(C.) jozonkeana Uchida, C.(S.) osuzensis Kusigemati 및 C.(S.) nigra Kusigemati의 5 미기록종을 새로이 밝혀냄으로써 한국산은 총 8종으로 정리되었다. 종들의 분류동정을 위한 검색표와 사진을 제시하였다.
