        The effects of pre-treatments by plants growth substances and functional substances on vase life and physiological character of cut Lillium oriental hybrid 'Siberia' and Lillium asiatic hybrid 'Dream Land' were studied. For Lilium oriental hybrid Siberia, the vase life of 1st floret was extended by dip treated with Promalin and spray treated with Dan-solution Ⅱ(Nano colloidal Ag+ ion + Chitosan) and the vase life of 2nd floret was effected by dip treated with Promalin and Dan-solution Ⅱ. In case Lilium asiatic hybrid Dream Land, the vase life of 1st floret was extended by spray treated with Promalin and Dan-solution Ⅱ. The vase life of 2nd floret was increased by dip and spray treated with Promalin and by spray treated with Dan-solution Ⅱ. Water uptake of Siberiawas increased by all pre-treatment but wasn't showed significance. Also water uptake of Dream Land was increased by spray treated with Dan-solution Ⅱ. In case Siberia, fresh weight was increased with Dan-solution Ⅱ and was increased by dip treated with Promalin and by spray treated with Dan-solution Ⅱ in Dream Land. The amount of ethylene production of Siberia wasn't showed significance in all pre-treatment but when floret of Dream Land was treated with Dan-solution Ⅱ, the peak point was showed in 1st day. The respiration rate was showed climacteric rise type by all pre-treatment in Siberia and Dream Landand the peak point was a little decreased by Dan-solution Ⅱ treatment. Sugar contents were remarkably promoted in petal when florets of Siberia was treated with Distilled water and Dan-solution Ⅱ treatments, but were decreased in leaf and ovary. In case Dream Land, glucose content was not showed changes in leaf but fructose content was decreased. Also sugar content of ovary and petal were showed tendency such as Siberia.

        본 연구에서는 자료수집과 적용에 상당한 시간과 노력이 요구되는 기존의 수치모형들 대신에 최소한의 유역정보를 이용해 오염물질의 이동시간과 확산을 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 즉, 하천에서 오염물질의 이동속도, 시간에 따른 오염물질의 첨두농도, 오염물질이 하천의 한 점을 통과하는데 소요되는 시간장경 등의 요소들을 이용한 단위오염도의 개념을 도입하였으며, 이들 요소들의 추정을 위해서는 미국 내의 수많은 하천을 대상으로 개발된 회귀방정식을 이용하
