본 논문에서는 고리 1호기 해체 비용 추정을 위해 외국 원자력발전소 해체 비용 데이터를 현가화한 후 원자력발전소 해체 비용 추정 회귀 분석모델을 개발하였다. 이 모델 개발에 사용된 데이터는 해체 또는 진행 중인 BWR 13기, PWR 16기의 해체 비용 데이터이다. 회귀 분석모델 도출을 위해, 해체 비용을 종속변수로 정하고, 해체 원전의 운전 특성을 반영할 수 있게 고 안된 Contamination factor와 해체 기간을 독립변수로 선정하였다. 빅데이터 분석 도구인 R language의 통계패키지를 이용 하여 회귀 분석모델을 도출하였다. 이 회귀 분석 모델을 적용하여 고리 1호기 해체 비용을 예측한 결과, 미화 663.40~928.32 백만 달러, 한화 약 7,828.12억~1조 954.18억 원이 소요될 것으로 예측되었다.

Cu/PET composite films are widely used in a variety of wearable electronics. Lifetime of the electronics is determined by adhesion between the Cu film and the PET substrate. The formation of an anisotropic nanostructure on the PET surface by surface modification can enhance Cu/PET interfacial adhesion. The shape and size of the anisotropic nanostructures of the PET surface can be controlled by varying the surface modification conditions. In this work, the effect of Cu/PET interface nanostructures on the failure mechanism of a Cu/PET flexible composite film is studied. From observation of the morphologies of the anisotropic nanostructures on plasma-treated PET surfaces, and cross-sections and surfaces of the fractured specimens, the Cu/PET interface area and nanostructure width are analyzed and the failure mechanism of the Cu/PET film is investigated. It is found that the failure mechanism of the Cu/PET flexible composite film depends on the shape and size of the plasmatreated PET surface nanostructures. Cu/PET interface nanostructures with maximal peel strength exhibit multiple craze-crack propagation behavior, while smaller or larger interface nanostructures exhibit single-path craze-crack propagation behavior.

커티스 L. 카터는 저명한 현대 미학가로 분석 미학, 아시아 미학 그리고 동서양 문화 간의 대화 를 주로 연구한다. 2010년부터 2013년까지 국제 미학회 회장을 역임하였다. 세르비아 베오그라드에서 열린 제 21차 세계미학자대회 (ICA)에서 ‘커티스 카터와 현대 미학’을 주제로 하는 원탁 회의가 있었다. 카터 박사는 본 인터뷰에서 먼저 이 회의를 주로 소개한다. 다음으로 그는 분석 미학에 관한 몇 가지 중요한 질문을 논하는데 특히 아더 C. 단토(Arthur C. Danto)와 노엘 캐롤 (Noel Carroll)을 다룬다. 그는 미학가는 단순히 예술의 언어뿐만 아니라 예술이 인간 경험의 기본적인 부분으로써 하는 역할에도 관심을 두어야 한다고 주장한다. 커티스 카터는 미학의 주제에 대해 열린 태도를 보인다. 그는 아시아 문화에서 진화해 온 예술의 형태를 예술적으로 이해 하고 세계화된 관점으로 향해 나아가는 것이 중요하다고 말한다.

Since the Coastal Zone Color Scanner (CZCS)/Nimbus-7 was launched in 1978, a variety of studies have been conducted to retrieve ocean color variables from multi-satellites. Several algorithms and formulations have been suggested for estimating ocean color variables based on multi band data at different wavelengths. Chlorophyll-a (chl-a) concentration is one of the most important variables to understand low-level ecosystem in the ocean. To retrieve chl-a concentrations from the satellite observations, an appropriate algorithm depending on water properties is required for each satellite sensor. Most operational empirical algorithms in the global ocean have been developed based on the band-ratio approach, which has the disadvantage of being more adapted to the open ocean than to coastal areas. Alternative algorithms, including the semi-analytical approach, may complement the limits of band-ratio algorithms. As more sensors are planned by various space agencies to monitor the ocean surface, it is expected that continuous monitoring of oceanic ecosystems and environments should be conducted to contribute to the understanding of the oceanic biosphere and the impact of climate change. This study presents an overview of the past and present algorithms for the estimation of chl-a concentration based on multi-satellite data and also presents the prospects for ongoing and upcoming ocean color satellites.

미세방울 디지털 PCR(Droplet digital PCR, ddPCR) 법은 정량 PCR 법과 같이 형광물질을 사용하여 정량분석이 가능하다는 점은 유사하지만, PCR 반응액을 만든 후 이 반응액을 바로 PCR에 사용하지 않고 수 만 개의 동일한 크기의 미세방울(droplet)로 구획(partitioning)한 후에 PCR 반응을 수행하는 점이 기존의 PCR 법과 가장 큰 차이라고 볼 수 있다. 이렇게 구획된 나노리터 크기의 미세방울 중에서 형광신호가 검출되는 미세방울과 검출되지 않은 미세방울의 수를 계수하여 프아송 분포(Poisson distribution) 계산에 적용하면 표준검량선 없이 목적 유전자의 절대정량 분석이 가능하다. 곤충이 매개하는 질병 바이러스의 경우 소량의 바이러스 감염 여부를 확인하기 위해서 다수의 곤충 유전자를 확인해야 하는데, 이와 같이 미세방울 형태의 ddPCR을 이용하면 기존 Real-time PCR 법에 비해 극소량의 목적 유전자를 높은 민감도로 검출할 수 있으며, PCR 저해요소(inhibitor)에도 큰 영향을 받지 않는다는 장점이 있다. 또한 미세방울 방식의 디지털 PCR을 이용하면 다중 PCR 분석이 가능하여 1개의 시료에서 다양한 질병매개 바이러스를 검출할 수 있다.

본 연구는 국내 플라워샵에서의 절화보존제 사용현황 및 인식을 알아보고자 국내 성인남녀 120명의 플로리스트들을 상대로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 국내 플라워샵에서 일하는 플로리스트들 중 19.8%만이 절화보존제를 사용하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 전혀 사용하지 않은 플라워샵은 45.5%로, 국내 플라워샵에서의 절화보존제 이용이 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 국내 플로리스트들의 절화보존제 주 사용 시기와 목적은 ‘화훼 상품 보관 시(39.6%)’에 ‘균 번식 억제를 위해(36.7%)’ 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났으며 절화보존제를 사용하지 않는 이유에 대해서는 필요성을 느끼지 못한다는 응답(51.4%)이 가장 높게 나타나, 절화보존제에 대한 인식이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 절화보존제 사용 경험이 있는 플로리스트들에게서는 절화보존제의 이용 만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 50.5%의 절화보존제 이용 경험자는 재구매 의사가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 일반적으로 국내 플로리스트들의 경우 절화보존제에 대한 관심이 적지는 않으나(Mean=3.22), 절화보존제의 적은 이용 빈도와 낮은 인지도는 국내 절화보존제 시장이 작고 홍보가 부족하여 나타난 것으로 판단된다. 절화보존제 사용 후 플로리스트들의 높은 만족도와 재구매의사를 보았을 때, 절화보존제에 대한 홍보와 교육을 통하여 국내 플라워샵에서의 절화수명제의 접근성을 높이고 절화 품질 관리에 대한 인식을 고양시킬 수 있을 것이며, 이를 통해 소비자들에게도 고품질의 관상기간이 긴 절화 상품 제공을 통하여 국내 절화산업의 발전을 가져올 수 있을 것이다.

This study analyzed what premium features significantly affect customer satisfaction and their recommendation, and what factors significantly affect product attributes. In the process, first, the loyalty program and the customer compensation program were studied to determine the impact of the customer satisfaction and recommendation. The study analyzed that quality and design of product properties had significant effects on all factors, but the brand was not significantly affected. Second, while superiority, differentiation and scarcity of luxury items are significant to customer satisfaction but superiority is only significant in relation to recommendation intention. Third, the preceding study shows that the customer compensation program has a significant impact on sales growth, but the study found that it was not for imported luxury car customers. Fourth, if the royalties program is low in awareness, it has been analyzed that the scarcity and customer satisfaction relationships among luxury goods have been adjusted. On the contrary, if there is a high level of awareness, it is analyzed that there is a control effect customer satisfaction and differentiation among luxury brands. In the conclusion, in order to satisfy customers at the import luxury car market, the differentiation of luxury goods by standard index must be strengthened and the brand must be strengthened among the attributes of the product. In addition, by raising awareness of the royalties program, the relationship between differentiation and customer satisfaction can be enhanced.
