The traditional production and distribution independently schedule, which is contradictory in the pull supply chain, and this contradictory make the supply chain couldn’t reach quick responsiveness with low cost. Therefore, it needs to build up the coordinate scheduling of productiondistribution model for the pull supply chain. The paper uses the numerical test, firstly, describes the contradictory between the optimal scheduling of manufacturer and distributor; then analysis the scheduling cost of manufacturer’s major, which is widely used currently; on this basis, sets up the MILP model of coordinate scheduling of production and distribution; then come to the conclusion that the coordinate scheduling of production and distribution is better than the non-coordinated scheduling.
