Many of the reservoir is surrounded by mountains, and many reservoirs slope are not receiving proper maintenance. The slopes of adjacent to the reservoir is the blind spot of the administration. Landslides in the reservoir had caused the destruction of the structure from wave and overtopping. In addition, this has a severe impact on the stability of the downstream portion. In this study, an infinite slope stability analysis utilizing the on-site investigation and SINMAP be performed for vulnerability analysis of the landslide of adjacent to the reservoir.
In this paper, it is estimated the causes of wooden crib wall through detailed diagnosis and analysis of a crib wall construction site. As a results, it is occurred the damage in the members of about 6% in a total locations and the 65.7% of the damaged header are concentrated in the lower part of crib wall. Therefore, it is analyzed causes of wooden crib wall depending on the setup position and the kinds of members. It is considered basically the members of various forms of distortion and the grain affecting.
This study was performed to analyze destruction types and causes of timbacrib wall through detailed investigation on a large timbacrib wall construction site. As a result, the damage of member was 5.7%(2,315 locations) and 80.2% of damaged member was occurred in the member of header. The 65.7% of the damaged header was concentrated in the lower position of wall. From the results, it has been analyzed that the damage cause and type is different in the kinds of member and the installation position and the distortion of member can have a various effect on the timbacrib wall.
