        Biodegradable films were prepared by solution blending method in the weight ratio of Chitosan and Algin for the purpose of useful bioimplants. The possibility of bioimplants, which prepared from natural polymers as a akin substitute and food wrapping materials were evaluated by measuring the biodegradability. these biodegradable films were inserted in the back of rats and their biodegradability was investigated by hematological change as a function of time. Rats study showed that low-Chitosan induced increments of monocyte and basophil after 48 hours of implantation. And medium-Chitosan showed increase of lymphocyte and decreased neutrophil counts after 48hours of implantation. Low, medium Chitosan showed high hemoglobin contents, medium and high Chitosan showed high hematocrit value after 48 hours of implantation. As a result, medium, high-Chitosan induced potential incompatibility in the tissue after 48 hours, but there was little effects to the akin inflammation. The values of biodegradable films, which prepared from natural polymers measured in this study were some satisfiable results at short period with those of ideal akin bioimplants and artificial skin.

        Many of the reservoir is surrounded by mountains, and many reservoirs slope are not receiving proper maintenance. The slopes of adjacent to the reservoir is the blind spot of the administration. Landslides in the reservoir had caused the destruction of the structure from wave and overtopping. In addition, this has a severe impact on the stability of the downstream portion. In this study, an infinite slope stability analysis utilizing the on-site investigation and SINMAP be performed for vulnerability analysis of the landslide of adjacent to the reservoir.

        According to recent meterological disasters, social awareness for safety of infrastructure is heightened by increasing natural disasters such as Fukushima accident, landslide of Umyeon mountain. Also scale of landslide is increased in Korea but safety review of dam is insufficient. In this study, we reviewed data(reservoir capacity, type of dam, danger map of korea forest service, satellite pictures, geologic map, etc.) and conducted site investigation whose the area is the most dangerous. Based on the results, we choose the most dangerous dam and analysis site close examination, slope stability analysis, scale of debris flow, etc. As a result, we will conduct measures establish on reinforcement and final evaluation of landslide's hazard.

        In this paper, it is estimated the causes of wooden crib wall through detailed diagnosis and analysis of a crib wall construction site. As a results, it is occurred the damage in the members of about 6% in a total locations and the 65.7% of the damaged header are concentrated in the lower part of crib wall. Therefore, it is analyzed causes of wooden crib wall depending on the setup position and the kinds of members. It is considered basically the members of various forms of distortion and the grain affecting.

        The purpose of this paper is to improve the method for rear cavity inspection of cut-off wall at concrete faced rock-fill dam. To do this, we suggested that using impact echo wave, analysis of embeded instruments data, and numerical method to considering the expecting crack open failure behavior. We hope that improved methods were assist maintenance of concrete cut-off wall at concrete faced rock-fill dam.

        This study was performed to analyze destruction types and causes of timbacrib wall through detailed investigation on a large timbacrib wall construction site. As a result, the damage of member was 5.7%(2,315 locations) and 80.2% of damaged member was occurred in the member of header. The 65.7% of the damaged header was concentrated in the lower position of wall. From the results, it has been analyzed that the damage cause and type is different in the kinds of member and the installation position and the distortion of member can have a various effect on the timbacrib wall.

        The purpose of this paper is to introduce the stability assessment method for treated wood retaining wall (Timbacrib Wall) which is made from the embalming processed timber. Timbacrib Wall is conducted a variety of investigation ; examination, boring examination, electrical specific resistance test. etc and stability analysis of stress and strength. According to the survey results, Timbacrib wall is suggested appropriate reinforcement with Micro-Pile and Anchors.
