This study uses FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) and HAZOP (Hazard and Operability), which are widely applied in industrial areas, among risk assessment methods, and applies them to the same system. While FMECA evaluates system failure conditions and analyzes risks, HAZOP evaluates the system comprehensively by evaluating operational risks that may occur based on system parameters. According to data released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, as of December 2021, the length of roads in Korea is 113,405 km, and the repair of guardrails that have expired must be fixed urgently in terms of traffic safety. Replacing all of these guardrails with new ones requires a very large cost, but if the guardrails are repaired with a vehicle equipped with the G-Save method, carbon emissions are reduced, the repair period is shortened, and great economic benefits can be obtained. However, risk assessment for guardrail coating vehicles has not been done so far. Focusing on this point, this study aims to evaluate the risk of these coating vehicles and describe the results. Finally, we found that the Risk Priority Numbers(RPN) in the FMECA risk assessment were greatly reduced, and 6 risk factors from HAZOP risk assessment and actions were taken.

This study focused on diagnosing and analyzing the level of sustainable development for each fishing communities by applying the sustainable development index in the fishing communities to support the policy of revitalizing the fishing communities. In terms of methodology, diagnostic indicators for rural areas were used through previous studies and literature surveys, and three categories, five fields and 27 indicators were finally selected through collecting opinions from experts. After deriving the weight for each indicator in detail, the final sustainable development index of the fishing communities was applied to fishing village fraternity. Based on the results of the analysis of the application of sustainable development cases in fishing communities, policy support should be implemented differentially according to regional decline factors and potential growth factors. In the population and social sector, it is necessary to consider ways to reduce population and reduce aging. In the industrial and economic sectors, fishing activation and systematic support for fishing-related industries should be provided. In the marine and built environment sector, the government's active project execution and budget support are required. In addition, it is expected to be used in various ways in the process of developing fishing communities and establishing revitalization plans that reflect the characteristics of the region.

Fisheries policies are diversifying, including welfare programs for fishermen, revitalization of earfish and villages, and support for the sixth industrialization of fishing villages. In response to these policy changes, the purpose of this study is to categorize the fishing village fraternity, which is a local community, a fishery production organization, and a basic unit of a fishing village, and compares the characteristics of each type A number of indicators were selected by collecting data on the Categorization and evaluation of fishing villages fraternity and the statistical geographic information service. A number of indicators were extracted as representative factor variables using the principal component analysis, and then cluster analysis was performed to categorize the fishing village fraternity. This study was the first to attempt a comprehensive approach to revitalize the fishing village economy by using not only demographic and social characteristics, industrial and economic characteristics, but also regional characteristics. The characteristics of each type of fishing village fraternity find its significance in that it provides basic information that can be used in policy decisions. In order to strengthen the sustainability of the fishing community in the future and contribute to the sustainable development at the national level, the development of sustainable fishing village fraternity development indicators and follow-up studies on fishing village regeneration strategies will be needed.

Y2-xGdxO3:Eu, phosphors for plasma display panel(PDP), were prepared by Pechini method which use yttriun chloride, gadolinium chloride, and europium oxide as starting materials. This method is a different way to the synthesis of europium(Eu)-doped phosphors, and it consists of the formation of a polymeric resin obtained by polyesterification between metal chelate compounds and a polyfunctional alcohol. This needs lower temperature than solid-state synthetic method. The prepared Y2-xGdxO3:Eu phosphor particles had spherical shape and coherence. The luminescence intensity of Y2-xGdxO3:Eu phosphor particles increased according to the increase of gadolinium(Gd) content(to 0.8mol%), and Y1.2Gd0.8O3:Eu phosphors had the highest luminescence intensity under vacuum ultra violet(VUV) excitation. The optimum concentration of Eu in the phosphor and optimum calcination temperature was 3wt% and 1100℃. The prepared phosphors were consist of particle, and its size was between 100nm and 150nm. Among the different polyfunctional alcohols, diethylene glycol(DEG) improved the luminescence intensities of phosphors more than other additives. The Pechini method proved that it is demonstrated to be suitable for the synthesis of phosphors used in PDP.

This study was performed to analyze destruction types and causes of timbacrib wall through detailed investigation on a large timbacrib wall construction site. As a result, the damage of member was 5.7%(2,315 locations) and 80.2% of damaged member was occurred in the member of header. The 65.7% of the damaged header was concentrated in the lower position of wall. From the results, it has been analyzed that the damage cause and type is different in the kinds of member and the installation position and the distortion of member can have a various effect on the timbacrib wall.
