The objective of this study is to develop 3D anthropometrical data acquisition method of human back surface and to recognise and extract its morphological characteristics. This technique is very useful in describing the sitter's back contour and the interaction between the sitter's back and the seat. The back surfaces of subjects in sitting posture are measured by using martine-type anthropometer and sliding gauge. These basic anthropometrical data are reconstructed into 3D image.
Through the understanding of the change of productivity and the ability of error recovery according to aging and the assessment and analysis of them, we may take this research to contribute to make a design for the road-map to help set up the policy of employment for old generation. For this we have taken an experiment of the coordination tester for 100 person who are chosen randomly and analysed the collected data using SAS, which is one of widely used statistical analysis packages. The main results are as follow: ˚ledcirc The result of regression between the working speed and the length of the correction of error shows independence. (pr〉0.2029). ˚ledcirc The regression between age and working speed is statistically significant. (pr〈0.0001) ˚ledcirc The relation between age and the length of the correction of error is not significant. (pr〉0.9123).
This paper deals with a batch processor model in which the batch processing speed depends on the jobs assigned to the batch. Each job is completed by accomplishing its required job processing quantity which is calculated as job speed product processing time. Its speed is given as not the exact value but the range. Thus the batch sets are constructed by the jobs which hold the speed in common. And the batch sets are processed as soon as possible. We developed the model to described the problem situation and adopt the total tardiness as the decision criterion.
As aging society makes rapid progress, various social problems arise. The drop of productive labor and the increase of welfare cost can be taken as examples. From this point of view, a use of aged labor is a matter of great Important to national productivity improvement. But, the participation rate of the aged in economical activity amounts to 49.8 percent and their unemployment rate does 2.1 percent. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the deterioration of skill and the lowering of adaption to new working environments due to aging. Since the aging effect is closely related to worker's productivity, it should be properly measured and analyzed. The coordination tester is used to find out activity limitations. Experimental results show that the expert skill of the workers can be improved through the effective of their experience. Therefore we can say that some operation is not influenced by aging.

The lowering of working ability in the aged presents a marked difference in the individual case. But on the other hand the adaptation to the working environment and the expert skill are be improved. Our purpose focuses on the analysis about this conflicting situation, from which the important informations are applied in designing the working condition of the older workers. Experimental results show that the expert skill of the aged can be expected to improve by making effective use of their experience and there are some operations not influenced by age.
