        Corporation had been made by important action rule of business ethics that observes legal standard that is prescribed in each class of administration activity. But it does not keep ethicality of corporation action that conforms law. Law can not include all parts of business ethics because it is forcing essential class for public order preservation and public welfare in right. Moreover, partial corporations are doing to justify unethical action of other evasion of taxes, consultation, manufacturing etc. with legal basis meaning abusing legal standard. For these reason, Insistence that is in point of legal standard and ethical standard is not different each other that is in equal viewpoint is brought.

        Flextime system labor problem appeared by social issue going through a late 97s economic crisis. The most important thing among gravity is that act for factor who do to magnify gulf between rich and poor because do so that may polarize labor market at central part and neighborhood and makes preservation of society integration hardly social economy enemy of flextime system worker's spread. Furthermore, new economy surrounding has attribute that deepen uncertainty social bipolarization according as order by 21th century information-oriented society, globalization, knowledge base economy. Therefore, role of the country that control spread of flextime system in fixed level is more important first of all and application of employment insurance may do that have important meaning and social deliquescence.

        본 연구는 교원양성기관을 통해 배출된 교사들이 초기에 겪고 있는 어려움을 최소화시키고 그들이 교실에서 자신의 역할을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있는 새로운 패러다임의 교원양성기관의 모델을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 초임교사들이 일반적으로 경험하는 어려움에 대한 요인을 조사하고, 이를 기초로 교실친화적 교원양성을 위한 교육기관의 발전방향을 검토할 수 있는 근거를 제시하고자 하였다.

        Removal of NOx on CaO/TiO2 photocatalyst manufactured by the addition of Ca(OH)2 was measured in relation with the amount of Ca(OH)2 and calcination temperature. In case of pure TiO2, the NOx removal decreased greatly with the increase of calcination temperature from 500oC to 700oC, whereas in the photocatalyst added with Ca(OH)2, the removed amount of NOx was high and constant regardless of calcination temperature. Considering NOx removal patterns depending on the amount of Ca(OH)2 added(50, 30, 10wt%), high removal rate showed at the photocatalysts containing less than 30wt% of Ca(OH)2, and it was about 30% higher than that of pure TiO2. From the XRD patterns, it is seen that the addition of Ca(OH)2 contributes to maintaining the anatase structure that is favourable to photocatalysis. It also indicates that the possibility of the formation of calcium titanate(CaTiO3) by reacting with TiO2 above 700oC. Apart from the favourable crystalline structure, the addition of Ca(OH)2 helped increase the alkalinity of photocatalyst surface, thus promoting the photooxidation reaction of NOx.
