The unification mission of the Korean church is carried out with more Diakonia than Kerygma. It has the positive effects on the national product as well as on the food-and nutrition status in North Korea, besides on the personal relations between South and North Korea. It has also the positive mission effect in North Korea, although that is not confirmed exactly with number. But because of the exclusionism of the North Korean regime transparency and efficiency of the aid become hot issues and induced the ‘South-South conflict’. Not only that, the humanitarian aid is under the strong influence of the political situation. Moreover in the year 2010 because of the attacking Chunan-Ham and the bombardment Yunpyung-Do the diaconal activity of the Korean church must be closed. In order to exceed these limitations an another diaconal method can be proposed. That ist the commercial aid with return beside the contributive aid without return. The commercial aid with return has not few advantage: ⑴ It ist a international business, that is political neutral furthermore protected by government. ⑵ The commercial aid produces value-added, that can be the self-supporting ground for the partner. ⑶ Therefore the commercial aid does not induce the partner to fall in the ‘Samaritan’s dilemma’. ⑷ The commercial aid is self-sustaining and can be enlarged, if it makes a profit. ⑸ The material resource of aid is invested in business and in production system, not concentrated on a place. ⑹ The commercial aid does not make ‘agent problem’, nor the problem of low transparency and low efficiency on the level of the contributive aid. But what ist more important, is the harmony of Korean churches to make a unified organization, that takes care of the commercial aid. This organization can concentrate the unification power of the Korean churches, because it could treat the problem of the internal competition between Korean churches themselves, the overlapping of aids, the monitoring etc. In the end the harmony of Korean churches determines the time of the Unification in the korean peninsula.

This part comments the part related to filiform needle(小鍼) among the contents of Ku Chim Sip I Won(九鍼十二原) in Young Chu(靈樞) Ku Chim Sip I Won explains ① the name, the form and the use of nine kinds of neddles, ② and reinforcement and reduction through inserting the neddle in the same direction as the channels runs or in the opposite direction, and closing or enlarging the acupuncture hole etc., ③ and notice and contraindication in applying acupuncture, ④ and the close relationship of between diagnosis and acupuncture, ⑤ and the adverse reaction through a wrong treatment. Thus, it is very important to studying this part which comments Ku Chim Sip I Won. Summerizing the contents of the "So Chim Hae(小鍼解)" in reference to the contents of Ku Chim Sip I Won. the contents were as follows; What attracts our attention in chapter Ⅰ is the basic principles of applying acupuncture. What attracts our attention in chapter Ⅱ is reinforcement and reduction based on shortage and surplus, and their related reactions of human body. What attracts our attention in chapter Ⅲ is dividing the invasion of pathologic factors into three category(upper, medium, lower part) and then its mechanism and therapy, and the adverse effects through wrong treatmant. What attracts our attention in chapter Ⅳ is explaining the importance of observation of complexion and paltation of abdomen. Chim Hae(鍼解) in So Moon(素問) also comments Ku Chim Sip I Won in the same way that this part does, and yet there are not a few differences from this part in noting. Thus we need the comparative study of between this part and Chim Hae to understand Ku Chim Sip I Won. Besides we have to add the comparative study of views of distinguished physicians to correctly understand. I therefore made a comparative study both on the contents of those parts related to this part,and on the commentations of distinguished physicians to correctly understand Ku Chim Sip I Won, the important part about acupuncture.

본 연구의 일차적인 목적은 외국인 혼승선박에서의 문화적 특성이 자기효능감과 조직 커미트먼트에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검토하는데 있다. 현재, 해운산업에 있어서 외국인 선원 고용제한이 완화되고 있는 가운데, 혼승에 따른 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있음에도 불구하고, 외국인 선원 혼승선박의 문화적 특성이 선박구성원으로서의 자기효능감과 선박조직의 커미트먼트와 어떠한 관련성을 가지는가에 관한 구체적인 연구가 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 연구문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는, 외국인 선원 혼승선박의 문화적 동질성 제고와 관련된 이문화 수용과 적응 등의 문화적 특성이 외국인 선원의 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 나아가 직무만족 및 조직몰입과 같은 조직커미트먼트에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 구조방정식모형분석을 통하여 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과 연구가설이 모두 채택되어, 혼승선박 내 외국인 선원의 문화적 동질성을 제고하여 자기효능감을 높이는 것이 혼승선박조직의 조직커미트먼트를 개선하는 것이 바람직하다는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 더욱이, 혼승선박과 같은 특수 환경 조직의 유효성을 제고하기 위해서는 자기효능감에 관한 연구가 필요하며, 본 연구결과는 혼승선박 조직관리에 있어서 그 공헌도가 매우 높을 것으로 판단된다.
