70~80년대 급속한 경제성장기에 구축된 사회자본시설은 최근에 와서 노후화가 급속히 진행되 면서 기존구조물에 대한 유지관리와 활용방안에 대해서 관심이 높다. 지금까지 콘크리트 구조 물의 유지관리에 대해서는 관심이 높은 분야는 아니였지만, 적절하고도 전략적인 유지 관리를 실시하기 위해서는 항상 콘크리트 구조물의 상태에 대해서 주의하고 여러 분야(점검, DB, 분석 및 예측 등)의 고도 기술을 집약하여 콘크리트 구조물을 관리할 필요가 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 구조물의 효율적 관리 및 사용하기 위한 구조물 자 산관리 시스템에 대해서 제안하고자 한다.

This study investigated the enzymatic pretreatment of food waste (FW) using Viscozyme L to enhance reducing sugar (RS) production. Response surface analysis was used to study the effects of the pretreatment variables of temperature (T) (35-55oC) and incubation time (IT) (9-15 hr). The results indicated that the generated regression model represented the relationship between the independent variables and the responses. The RS production from FW was affected by IT rather than T. Within the design boundaries, a maximum RS yield (0.72 g/g of total solids of FW) was obtained at 44.5oC and 13.7 hr.

This study presents investigations on infrastructure report cards published regularly in developed countries such as U.S. and Australia. Each of the report cards has its unique evaluation method and characteristics reflecting their current state of infrastructure and political and social situation. The report cards are analyzed in terms of infrastructure evaluating methods, and features included in each report card are compared each other to derive implications to the infrastructure maintenance system of Korea. Also, several recommendations to successfully introduce and develop the report card system to Korea are given in this paper.

돌고기 Pungtungia herzi 정자의 미세구조를 주사 및 투과 전자현미경적 방법으로 연구하였다. 정자는 구형의 두부, 짧은 중편 및 꼬리로 구성되어 있으며 비교적 그 구조가 단순하고 그 길이는 약 37.4이었다. 정자의 미세구조에서 핵에 대한 접선 방향으로의 편모 배열, 짧은 핵 그리고 미토콘드리아의 비대칭적 배열은 잉어과 정자의 공통된 특징과 마찬가지로 나타났으며, 대부분의 경골어류에서와 같이 첨체를 가지고 있지 않았다. 반면 돌고기 정자에서는
