Government’s public policy on the christian religious school is enforced in the direction of securement of the educational publicness than the private school’s independence. Therefore the identity and independence of the christian religious schools is very dangerous. The private school law which was revised in 2007 pursues the publicity. democratization, and transparency of the private schools through such as the open trustee system and external auditor. The christian private schools are arguing that this policy is violating the nature of a private body corporate of the school corporate body and it is insisting the government’s function of supervision over the private school but don’t have the support policy for the healthy development of it. The christian private school is asking the re-revision of the private school act and the legislation of the Private School Support Act. The christian private middle schools are considerably restricted at the right to select the students under the system of standardization. Accordingly they are confronting the strong danger in the direction to realize the idea of building school which educates the students the christian religion. So in the future at the christian religious schools, the before-appliance and after-election which guarantees the religious choice, not the choice by the examination marks should be extended. As a result the freedom to educate the christian faith should be secured. Also the better solution is to transform the christian private school into the autonomous private school. It will be freed from the control of the government and can do the religious education on the ground of the christian world view. The government asks the christian private schools that the Bible class must be operated in the direction of the religious theology as the liberal arts and the chapel have to be managed in the extra-curriculum and secure the autonomous participation of the students. In this case, the Bible class and Chapel will be seldom managed from the point of the religious education. In order to solve these problems, the christian private schools should recover the right to elect the student and should deeply study the method to fill the religious needs of the students

Six kinds of Korean Modern History’ Authorized Textbook have the fixed places in which the contents of Christianity were described. The Comparison between the tables of them shows the similarity of the large units, th meddle units, and the little units of six textbooks. According, first of all it must be examined that the places of Christianity in textbooks is fitting. The places of Christianity in textbooks were decided according to the editing principles of textbooks and the historical view. All textbooks have the nationalistic historical viewpoint and the immanent development historical viewpoint. Some textbooks have the left-oriented historical viewpoint plus these common features. When the textbooks were written with the nationalistic historical viewpoint and the immanent development historical viewpoint, the modernization and the armed independence movement as the most urgent of modern history tasks have the most important places. So the written contents of korean modern history were comprised with those. Now the debating problem is the cognition about the causes of the modernization. The nationalistic historical viewpoint and the internal development historical viewpoint have the viewpoint that the modernization was progressed by the internal development, but interrupted by the Japan. After that, the national independence was achieved by the armed independence movement and the modernization was progressed. But the Christianity contributes very much the modernizing process of Korea in the modern history. Therefore in the future, the some important roles of Christianity in the korean modernization process must be known and the Christianity should be recognized as the core of modernization. The upright historical viewpoint for the description of modern history has to be established for the recognition of the roles of christianity in the modernizing process. The new historical viewpoint should be comprised with the internal factors and the external factors.

Thomas explained God the Trinity using the entis analogia in the revelation of the Bible and didn’t try to prove it. The recognition of the Trinity was fundamentally given through revelation, yet it was exposed by means of analogies from anthropology(word and love). When he elucidated the Trinity, he used the psychological analogy of Augustine as the principle, with the Aristotelian philosophy and entis analogia and the medieval analysis of language. He was focused on the explanation of the person in the Trinity. And The origin and relation of person, the discussion of the person itself, the exposition of the each person, the comparison of essence, relation, and origin with person, the comparison among the persons, and mission of person were discussed in the questions 27-43 of Summa Theologia I. Focusing the explanation of the person in the discussion of the Trinity, he criticized the three erroneous opinions in reference with the Trinity. First of all, the heresies of Arius and Sabellius fell into an error by understanding the procession as the outer procession. Second, Gilbert misunderstood God’s simplicity by separating the deus and divinity. He proposed the relation as auxiliary. But Thomas proposed that essence and person and relation are the same, yet they are distinct one another as the mode of human expression. We didn’t recognize God as it is, but according to the mode of human recognition. Third, he criticized Bonaventura who counted the unbegotteness as the principle of Fatherhood. He proposed the relation as the important principle of Fatherhood.

Peter Lombard wrote the Sententia which played the formative role in the theological education in the high Middle Ages. When he wrote it, he used the Psalm exegesis and Pauline exegesis which he lectured in the classroom. He established the systematic exegesis method in the preface of his exegesis. and kept the method consistently more than any other exegetes. And Peter offered a mode of reconciling discrepant readings of ancient fathers and contemporary theologians. When some disagreements are non capable of being reconciled, he offers his own reasonable suggestions for why one opinion should be preferred to another. Furthermore, he treated many theological sententia in his biblical exegesis. After theses sententia were used as the sources of his own Sententia. His Sententia was superior to the theological systems which Abelard, Hug, and Gilberts made using the scholastic method in three ways. First Peter offers a coherent overall rationale for his schema. The thematic orientation that Peter gives to his work is the distinction between signs and things, use and enjoyment found in Augustine's De doctrina christiana. Second, the Lombard's handling of his Christian sources reveals a deep and broad reading, an acute and discriminating analysis of his authorities. And He read the latin translation of John of Damascus's works and accepts his eastern orthodox theology in his system. Third, He endows those terms such as essentia, substantia, natura, persona with a clear definition and solid contents and uses them consistently and overcomes the confusion around them. He resolved the problem of Abelard's trinity which attributes names power, wisdom, and goodness to the names of three persons indicating that the three names don't apply to the persons but to the essence of God. Therefore the estimation about Peter's Sententia which were the summa of existing opinions was groundless.

As a circular cylinder has a comparatively simple shape and becomes a basic problem for flows around other various shapes of bodies, the problem of two-dimensional viscous flow around the circular cylinder has been investigated, both theoretically and experimentally. But not a few problems are left unsolved. It is well known that the calculations are successfully made with the approximations of Stokes or Oseen for very low Reynolds numbers, but as Reynolds number is increased, Oseen's approximations as well as Stokes's ones become more and more remote from the exact solution of the Navier-Stokes equations. Therefore, in this paper, the authors transform the Navier-Stokes equations into the finite difference equations in the steady two-dimensional viscous flow at Reynolds number up to 45, and then solve the solution of the Navier-Stokes equations numerically. Also, the authors examine the accuracy of the solution by means of flow visualization with aluminum powder. The main results are as follows; (1) The critical Reynolds number at which twin vortices begin to form in the rear of the circular cylinder is found to be 6 in the experiment and 4 in the numerical solution. (2) As Reynolds number is increased, it is proved that the ratio of the length of the twin vortices to the diameter is grown almost linearly, both experimentally and numerically. (3) Separation angle is also increased according to reynolds number. But it is found that it would converge into 101.3 degrees, both experimentally and numerically.
